The owners are very helpful and accommodating. We visited and got the schedule and our girl came back to the next scheduled class for children between 7-12 years of age. We got to register on site for the class with the owner, Manuel. Parents are able to observe the instruction in a great room with fabrics and silks and mirrors for the class. The very enthusiastic instructor was so warm and encouraging to the children. An hour of instruction with fun music brought the students to a level that they could demonstrate new skills of grasping the fabric, anchoring themselves into basic and then more intermediate positions, all the while getting individual redirection and praise from the instructor. They performed their new abilities and received applause from the gallery. Ruby, one of the family and an instructor, explained that there are adult clients who visit to have restorative stretching and exercise to soothe them after injuries. The attached photos indicate their services. They have a second branch in Palm Springs on Lawrence Crossley, south of the airport and Ramon Road. The prices seem reasonable. We will take our granddaughter again this week. $35. for an hour's instruction. I was so happy to be able to provide her with a birthday gift in an entirely new activity, and she was enthusiastic from the get-go. If you know about the benefits of stretching and restorative range of motion, you will find a new center for supportive instruction. https://artflyingaerial.com/

SO MUCH FUN!!! I was…read morein the area for my bachelorette and we wanted to do something fun and active. THIS WAS IT!!! Most of us had no prior experience and none was necessary! It was an amazingly fun time! We booked a private class on a Sunday morning (the weekend Hurricane Hilary was in town). We appreciate the staff so much because of how accommodating they were and we were able to customize our class time a bit. We had the entire studio to ourselves and Yolanda was our instructor. Both she and the man who greeted us were so nice! Yolanda had the best customer service. She really catered to us and took her time with us. They both went above and beyond to make us feel special! They even took us to the other room to take pictures and try out moves on the spinning aerial silks. A quality experience! Yolanda started us up with a cardio warm-up that was SO GOOD. We were all sweating and our heart rates were up. We used hula hoops and yoga blocks and it was so much fun. She kicked out booties! Then she taught us some moves on the non-spinning aerial silks. As we became more comfortable, she strung the moves together and had us perform it to music. She was a great instructor and we had so much fun! Afterwards, Yolanda and her coworker were so nice to us and let us take a BAJILLION photos everywhere. They even gave us recommendations on good places to eat. We had a fabulous time and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new, fun experience!

It was extremely hot and humid inside the gym and having so many people inside a smaller building just made it worse. I was told they haven't had A/C for 10 years but they put in a swamp cooler but only run it on certain days. They did have a huge fan but it only blew air on one small area of the gym. Another concern (which may not be one for others) was they had young girls dancing inappropriately to the song "milkshake" which made us feel uncomfortable and this specific concern is plainly because their values don't align with ours. Along with that they had employees talking badly about each other in the lobby and we had a problem with a payment that has now been resolved. However, that payment shouldn't have ever gone through in the first place. All in all it's just not the best environment. To be fair, there were a couple of coaches there who seemed to be sweet and actually enjoying their job.

Terrible management and front desk staff. We signed my kids up immediately after their trial class…read morea couple of weeks ago. The front desk had my card on file and asked if I could run it. She also went over the payment. I was told it would be the yearly fee and the monthly fee for both of my kids. I agreed. I confirmed that was all we needed to do and she said yes. My fault for not asking for a print out receipt. I am 10000% positive I went to the front desk immediately after the class because the front staff told me that if I didn't sign them up within a certain time period my kids would lose their spots in that class. So we signed them up that day. Today we go in and the manager announced, in front of the parent area, that I didn't register my kids after their trial class. "yes I did", I said as I'm walking into the office. She proceeded to tell me, now with an attitude, that I didn't. I kept telling her that I did and she kept arguing with me saying "you may have thought you came up to the desk to register but you didn't." I get what she is saying that the kids are not registered in the system, but There is a difference between saying a customer didn't do something (after the customer is positive that they did) and being extremely rude about it vs. saying the payment didn't go through or there may have been a technical error with the computer. or what this manager should have said "I'm sorry, it seems like the payment didn't go through or there may have miscommunication about registering and I'll talk with my staff to ensure it doesn't happen again." But she stuck with the, "you didn't do it" or "you may have thought you did but you didn't." This is terrible customer service practice and terrible management. I am stern but I am not a rude person at all. I do not yell or raise my voice. I was clearly frustrated and making it the only point that her tone and blaming me is unprofessional and uncalled for. I have a lot of understanding for things happening such as bad days and technical difficulties but to argue with a customer and talk down to them and blame them for something that was the fault of the staff at the front desk for not ensuring the payment went through or following through with what she said she was going to do is unprofessional and a terrible way to manage. After I decided to not continue at this gym, I asked for the owners information. The manager continued her attitude and said I can email on the "contact us" email. I went to the front to get that email and she immediately said she has no contact information of the manager. Also, with a bad attitude. I asked her to write down the owners email and she rudely pointed to the company card and said I can email on the company email and she might see it there. I have a career in customer service and no way would I ever allow the staff of my business to handle situations like that. It's funny that this happened immediately after my husband and I were watching our kids stretching and noticed the coaches not correcting their forms. They were sitting down on their tablets. What's the point of stretches and growing as a gymnast if you don't correct the forms? That's where the fundamentals start like pointing your toes for everything and it doesn't benefit the stretch if it's not done properly. This is a beginner class where all those things are important to learn. I guess this was a sign to stay away! If you have cameras in the building I suggest you listen to those and watch the videos to see how your manager was. They represent your business. It Sucks because my kids liked the first class and wanted to do gymnastics here. It was close enough where we could go and we heard some good reviews. Unfortunately I cannot support a business with bad management and staffing.

My 6 year olds "coach" gossips with my daughter about her crush which is wildly inappropriate and not what we pay for. My daughter rarely gets corrected and her growth as a gymnast has gotten stagnant. Management doesn't seem to care as this gym keeps growing, but as a paying parent I feel like this has become a money grab more than anything. After being members of this gym for over 4 years we are moving our daughters elsewhere. If you decide to take your kids here try to get into Coach K class or Coach Wendy's class, we loved them as coaches when my daughters had them, they were very involved helping improve form, had structured classes, and kept the girls doing their drills, and my daughters improved and enjoyed classes with them.

In the beginning I felt like the owner's values and mine weren't really aligned but my 11 year old daughter wanted to join and so we did. From July to October there was no team bonding as mentioned in the website. The relationships were not intentionally built as it was in my daughters previous gym. The expectation was simply practice and pay. As someone who has been an educator for 21 years and is currently in a career that team building is all I do, I offered the owner my help to get the girls to build their bonds through team building activities. I was shut down. As time went on, my daughter became the target of many of the girls and bullied by the other girls. She was the outcast. I addressed my concerns twice with the owner and coach and each time I was assured that "she would put a stop to it". That never happened. I advised my daughter that we could leave the gym at any time but she repeatedly wanted to keep trying and she stated she didn't want to let her team down. My child was shunned and confronted weekly by other girls on her "team" until the final straw when my daughter expressed to me through tears that her mental and emotional health was suffering. At that point my husband and I made the decision AFTER SPENDING well over $1,000 without ever competing, to pull my daughter. Before we left, my daughters rarely used cheer shoes were Falling a part and we were waiting on a replacement. These shoes cost over $100. Since leaving, the owner has not let me know of our replacements were in. We find raised and paid for competition fees that my daughter never attended and were never offered any of that money back. I say that to point out that the only thing she values is the dollar. She doesn't keep children safe as stated in her website and she doesn't do any team bonding. Cheer is an amazing opportunity for young girls to grow, learn new skills, and empower each other. If you're looking for any of that for your daughter I HIGHLY recommend another gym as you will not get that from this BUSINESS.
