I found this print shop on Washington at Hovley between the CVS and the dollar store. I had no idea that this business even existed. There are two parts: one is a printer and next door in the same room is a shipping center and postal center that does passport photos, and shipping of all sorts of items. Laura at the front desk took a look at my photos and my text and put together a beautiful flyer for us to hope for a good outcome in finding my neighbor's dog. I had thought that it would take a while to produce the items, but in less than 15 minutes, I had exactly what I needed This will be my printing center and shipping center from now on. I really appreciate the efficiency and professionalism that Laura showed. You can go in and email the content that you wish to have produced, and this Office will become your new best printer friend.

I had used them before for a large sized color print to be framed and was very happy with the results. Axel helped me with my order and noticed that one of my artworks was not on my thumb drive. I emailed it to him when I got home and the sign was ready and came out perfectly. I had many compliments when I brought it with me to a demonstration today in Palm Springs. The cost was a little more than $60 and well worth it because it was lightweight and very sturdy, easy for me to hold up high for long periods of time and would not bend in the wind. Tadd clearly loves his craft and works incredibly hard to deliver exactly the kind of photographs his clients want. He is a fantastic listener, detail-oriented, conscientious, and knows how to adhere to a schedule and run-of-show without any stress or commotion. We spoke several times before the event so Tadd could truly understand what I was looking for. He asked thoughtful, deep questions about the specific shots and memories I wanted to capture. By the time I finally met him in person, I felt like I already knew him, which made it incredibly easy to feel natural and candid in front of the camera. We had about 80 people at our party, and Tadd captured priceless candid photos of individuals and small groups. He was completely unobtrusive throughout the evening but still managed to get the absolute best shots! When all was said and done, there were no surprises. What unfolded was something I would have never expected. From the beginning he was intense, rude and rushing me. My home is immaculate and was ready and because I wanted to move plates from the inside to the outside he criticized me and said I wasn't ready for the shoot. He was rushing me since he had double booked himself. I was paying double, from the last photographer I had used and I was being rushed. He told me to go in a room and stay there, the way he spoke down to me was shocking. He forbid me from being around or even involved in the shoot. I asked him to take a hallway photo and he mocked me "no, that was in the next package up that you didn't get" I was so upset at how he spoke to me, at one point I said I think we should just stop the shoot, you are rushed, speaking poorly to me & it had only been an hour of his time and he was still rushing the shoot to be over. In what world was the shoot ever going to be that fast? He slammed his hands on my kitchen island and said "On God!" while raising his voice at me that he has 5 star reviews and that he wanted me to pay him before he left. I stopped him and said please don't bring God into a business setting, and that I felt very uncomfortable and asked him to step outside and leave. He shouted and said "Oh always the victim" I just met him, I do not know him. It was clear he had a distain for women and I know he would never have spoken that way to a man. He refused to leave when I asked the first time and continued to raise his voice and so I got my husband on the phone for safety, I myself stepped outside to feel safer. He followed and continued to yell down my driveway after I told him I was uncomfortable, yelling "I need to be paid, fuck! and rambling on about how I was treating him? I stayed calm and quiet and he finally left. He text me that I owed him money. what?! I was treated terribly, felt unsafe and he wanted more money from me? I text him to not come back to my property for twilight photos, delete the photos he took and to never come back. I had my time wasted, zero photos, all my staging gone to waste, felt unsafe and had to scurry to find a new photographer last minute. He kept my $300 deposit and I had to pay another photographer, buy fresh flowers again, re-stage, cancel my trip home by a few days. I was hugely inconvenienced and have never been so disrespected as a woman. I hope if you are a woman, or care about professionalism, that you never hire this guy. Walking RED FLAG!
