I was playing in a baseball tournament in Phoenix and my first day I got food poisoning. Let's just say I was a mess. But I found this place on Yelp and couldn't have been happier. Everyone who worked there was very nice and helpful. My main nurse was Sam and she was awesome. She recommended exactly what I needed and was a sweetheart. Also the zero gravity massage chair and oxygen for first time customers was above and beyond. Definitely going back before I head back to San Diego.

I got to work with 2 nurses - Sam was my main one (and I feel so bad but I forgot the other nurse's name but she was tall, brown shorter hair...)...and the doctor who did my telehealth appointment was Dr. Mike who was an absolute DOLL! Literally everyone was so sweet, kind, informative, and went above and beyond. I had never had any sort of IV therapy and Sam spent sooooo much time reviewing everything with me to find out which cocktail was ideal for my concerns. We ended up choosing the Myers Cocktail with some extra goodies...they were having a sale so I didn't pay quite the full price ($180 for the cocktail alone; but I paid about $215 total). Sam put a line in my arm and I got taken to this fancy "blue" room with these amazing massage chairs...and I also got a full oxygen tank to myself. It was the best 45 minutes of my life. Sam and the other nurse came to check on me every ten minutes or so too. After I was done, I felt sooooo good. I got the best sleep of my life that night too. I ended up buying the most expensive package they had and it came down to 2 factors: the IV itself was absolutely amazing but the staff...the staff makes it worth every penny! Also - something to keep in mind: all Prime IV locations are franchised and not all are created equal! I accidentally went to the Mesa location off Gilbert Road and 60...and the vibe was waaaay different. If anyone is looking for something relaxing, worthwhile, and something that works...give this place a try. I can't wait to go back!

**Compassionate care and comfort when I needed it most**…read more After breaking my ankle on 11/21 and undergoing surgery on 12/3, I thought recovery would be straightforward. For the first few days, I managed fine -- eating, drinking fluids, no issues. But by day four, everything changed. I began vomiting constantly, unable to keep down food, water, or even ice chips. Within two days, it escalated to vomiting every 30-45 minutes, whether I had anything left to give or not. A trip to the ER was discouraging. Despite three attempts, they couldn't place a solid IV, and I left without even a full liter of fluids. Attempting to be seen by my PCP was fruitless, made no sense to me. By the time I saw my surgeon for a follow-up, I was severely dehydrated and at a critical point in recovery. He strongly recommended connecting with my PCP, (no appointments available). If not, then IV fluids at the ER or urgent care, but after my recent experience, I couldn't face going back. That's when my husband suggested finding an IV bar. I saw them on the news but never really gave it a 2nd thought before. Desperate and running out of time, I found Premium IV Therapy just two miles away. Thank Goddess, they had an appointment at the top of the hour, less than 15 minutes out. From the moment we walked in, the difference was clear. Karina quickly confirmed my details from our phone conversation (pretty sure she still remembered my voice from the phone call) and brought hubs and I to a private consult room, where Nurse Taryn listened with patience and compassion. She immediately understood the urgency and desperation we were feeling. Taryn recommended an IV package tailored to my symptoms, and the pricing was extremely fair (less than a dinner out for 4) and transparent from start to finish. The environment was calm, comfortable, and soothing. The chairs were unbelievably comfortable, complete with a blanket and heating pad -- small details that made a huge difference when I was at my lowest. Both Taryn and Clint kept a close eye on me throughout, ensuring I was comfortable and that the fluids were flowing properly. What stood out most was Taryn's persistence and determination. I walked in with multiple bruises from failed IV attempts and veins that were shriveled from dehydration. Lesser care providers might have given up or settled for a poor placement, but Taryn refused to let me down. She was patient, steady, and committed to getting it right, knowing how desperately I needed this. Even if it meant that we had to use a vein in my foot. Thanks to Premium IV Therapy, I am able to move forward in my recovery instead of spiraling further. I would recommend them to anyone who will listen. Their professionalism, compassion, and commitment to patient care truly set them apart. A heartfelt thank you to Karina, Taryn, and Clint for the exceptional care and support -- you made all the difference. Merry Christmas!

To their credit, they acknowledged that they fell short of expectations, and I have to admit--they truly redeemed themselves. Nurse Jessica was phenomenal, compassionate, professional, and incredibly trustworthy. As a business owner myself, I understand the importance of having the right people on your team and making sure your clients feel valued and cared for. I'm looking forward to hearing more about the memberships in the coming months and continuing to work with Jessica. Thank you for making things right.

The guy who did our IVs was incredibly nice. The cons: Thought I was getting a great deal to try it out with my husband, but there is huge pressure from the person who checks you in to upsell immediately. And its ongoing throughout the entire time they're getting your IV catheter in. Then you have to sit through the explanation for why they are so much better than mobile IVs and more expensive. I ended up spending an additional $140 on top of the $160 Groupon with the upsell. If my husband was not with me I would have declined but he always falls for that stuff. I personally think she upsold me to something way more than my system needed because I immediately felt nauseous when the IV went in. And I never get nauseous. It also took an hour and 45 minutes to get the IV from the point we got there. Add in 30 min back and forth and it took 2 hours and 45 minutes for the IV. I've gotten many mobile IVs and they are in and out in 40 minutes. So taking an hour and 45 minutes is ridiculous. I certainly don't have time for that. Sorry, IMO mobile IVs have the better mousetrap. So, its back to mobile IVs for me.

I went in because I was having some serious back pain. I couldn't laugh, cough, bend, had trouble sitting up, standing up, getting in & out of a car and just doing basic things. I was very worried because I'm a yoga instructor and extremely healthy and active. One day after perinural injections I was feeling a bit better, a week later I was dancing, doing yoga, teaching yoga and back to my normal routine completely pain free!!!! Highly recommend if you have pain of any kind and Prolotherapy and Perineural Injection therapy are completely natural alternatives to muscle relaxers and cortisone shots!!! I am so happy I have my life back! I feel like super woman!

I came to restore health seeking stem cell therapy. I discussed my injuries with Dr. Morris and…read moretold him I heard a lot of good things about stem cell treatment. They requested a mri and reviewed my images and scheduled me for what I thought was stem cells but the day before the procedure Dr. Morris made mention of treating my blood and injecting it into my injured areas. I told dr Morris that did not sound like stem cells and what he was talking about. I was already hyped about getting stem cell treatment and was excited about results i was hearing. He told me oh well this is vcell therapy and its new but we are seeing very good results even better than stem cells. I reluctantly proceeded to allow him to do the treatment. The cost was over 7 thousand dollars and after consulting another stem cell doctor he informed me that i had just paid for a overpriced prp spin off. He recommended i confront Dr Morris and i did just that. I told him i was not happy that he mislead me into doing v cell treatment. He agreed to do the actual stem cell therapy at what he claimed was his cost. The day of the procedure i was instructed to fast. I was getting a combination of a IV treatment of stem cells and a additional iv therapy they recommended and stem cell site injury injections. During the iv they asked me to stand so I could be moved to another station of the office. I told the nurses I did not feel well and they persisted to stand me up to move me. When I tried to stand i immediately passed out and fell backwards to the floor striking my head on the ground. I still was in the middle of stem cell iv treatment and im not sure if they removed it or it was ripped from my arm during the fall. I woke to the nurses holding my legs up. I had a abrasion and lump on the back of my head and was very dizzy. They asked if I wanted to proceed and dr. Morris made jokes that if I didn't he would charge me for more stem cells since he had already thawed out some for my procedure and they could not be re-frozen. He claimed he keeps them in his office which was also a red flag as other doctors I had inquired with mentioned they have to be stored at a special facility and are delivered the day of procedures. I told him I wanted to proceed but when i layed on the table face down to have the spine injections done my nose immediately began to bleed. Dr Morris then called emergency services. I told them I was dizzy and lethargic and they checked my blood sugar and said it had fallen dangerously low. They gave me glucose and got mt blood sugar up so they released me back to Dr Morris care. He said we could not proceed with the injections and I would have to come back at a later date. Dr Morris put his profit over my best interest and what I initially requested. My injuries have not improved since the stem cell procedure and I question weather i was administered the complete treatment due to the passing out and head injury i suffered. I recently requested my medical report wich they kept trying to email me quick notes. I had to demand the entire report with nurses notes. In my report dr Morris mis stated that my fall was " assisted". He also put in my report that I requested to stand up because my back was hurting. These are not just false facts but outrite lies. when i called in and confronted him about the incorrect documentation he claimed i was lucky i didnt hurt one of his nurses when i past out and fell! I also noticed that Dr. Morris went through my chart on Jan 28, and edited the day of the incident. When i called for the original documents the office staff claimed they were working on retrieving them only to wait over 2 weeks for them to tell me to have my attorney contact them. Now i am contacting the medical board and seeking legal means to recoup losses and damages. I would strongly advise anyone with similar experience to contact medical board and seek legal counsel immediately. I strongly advise against seeking treatment at this practice for the dishonesty, unprofessionalism, breach of duty and malpractice. I am currently filing a civil judgment against Restore health and i have filed a complaint with the medical board. Anyone who has had similar situations with this business i suggest you do the same. If you try to look up his business with the corporations commission it also shows his business is inactive? This is more red flags
