Every employee was very helpful. No matter where we went in the store someone wanted to help us. When we finally accepted help they answered all our questions, shared similar couches to the one we liked in different price points and respected our choice for just looking at options. My wife and I felt we found the one we wanted and slept on the idea. I went back the next day to sit on it for 30 minutes to see if this would be what I wanted at home and it was. I got all the numbers on how it would work and left with the info. I ran the numbers with my wife and it made sense to buy the couch that day. I went back 10 minutes before they closed and they thanks me for coming back and gracefully helped me place the order. I did elect to have it delivered to my house and get it installed. Considering the great service in store I expect set up to be the same. Though if it isn't I'll come back and update this review. Overall I am very satisfied with my experience here.
