My husband was being relocated, so technically we were supposed to use one of the company's appointed real estate agents, but I stumbled upon Anne's website through a mutual friend who had used her to sell their home in Tacoma and I immediately liked her online persona. I then found out from my neighbors that Anne had sold the house next door to us, as well as the one directly behind us (in about a week!). I knew immediately that we needed to hire Anne. So we jumped through a few hoops with our relocation company to allow us to use a different realtor. Now that our house has officially sold, I can say that this was truly the best decision we could have made. In fact the realtors that our company had selected for us had told us they were going to list our home for roughly 50-75K less than what Anne suggested listing it at. Now that it has closed, had we gone with the other realtors we would have left at least 50K on the table. That is a lot of extra money we made thanks in large part to Anne!
