In one instance, a NP misdiagnosed a skin condition. I even spoke up and said "I know it's not that". Upon getting a 2nd opinion elsewhere, the condition was correctly diagnosed, and treated. As well as feeling gaslit over certain symptoms, and possible treatments by 2 different doctors during my time as a patient there. Yet again, upon going to a different provider, in San Antonio, all of my concerns were addressed and successfully treated. I do not recommend Peterson Medical Associates or Peterson Health Hospital, unless it's your only option due to travel restrictions.

Dr. Pamela Cantu is satisfactory but this is in regards to her demeaning and patronizing back office person Lynn. My mother lives in Frederickburg, TX and I do not like getting calls about my mother being verbally abused and mistreated by people who are entrusted to care for her. This is the third time this patronizing hideous excuse for a customer service person has mistreated my mother. This sort of mistreatment is unacceptable.

At any point, Dr. Howard could have flagged that my grandmother's mental health was deteriorating, but when we received my grandmothers bill of health, there was only a cursory review of things like hearing, brain functionality (Felice even got the prescriptions wrong.) I honestly would not recommend Felice to anyone seeking medical advice given the status of my grandmothers current situation.

She specializes in pediatrics and internal medicine, so literally from the cradle-to-the-grave care, if you are lucky enough to get on her patient list. Our entire family enjoys the privilege of having her as our PCP, the youngest became her patient as a baby, the oldest into their late eighties. On occasion we play phone tag with the office, but they always get back to us.

Dr. Klump listens to concerns or issues I have and helps me make a plan to address the issues. She provides me with referrals to specialists as needed. She takes time to answers questions I have and I never have an issue getting in to see her when I need to. Scheduling appointments is easy, someone always helps me when I call, and they never make me wait past my appointment time when I go in. I feel very fortunate to have found this office and this doctor and hope to be a patient here for many years to come!
