Dr. Yagudin provided a quick, efficient, and cost effective solution to a skin issue that had bothered me for years. During the appointment, we discussed my skin type, and how to protect it as I age. I was impressed both with the facility and the intake; I would not hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone. The main difference that I noticed is the lack of any upselling or high-pressure sales tactics. He was a real gentleman. read more

This was a VERY uncomfortable experience for me. I went in to get my beauty on, and left feeling like I was being bullied into additional services, spending more money, and like I had to apologize for asking what I originally came in for. The staff was also unprofessional, coming in the room as I was being treated. I can't recommend this place read more

Hi , I went for my Botox Treatment for my sweaty palms, Dr.YURIY this guy is so unprofessional while he treated me he injected anesthesia which didn't work so did treat me without anesthesia which was so painful , which did not work for me and he charged me like 2000$ for both hands and result even did not last for 1month.My hands were still sweaty during the 1month period .I recommend not go to this place. read more

Initially, I came here to have a second opinion on a certain procedure I wanted to have done. I am so happy to say I have had a pleasurable experience at Dr. Yagudin's office. For one, I immediately noticed the ambiance of the office to be aesthetically pleasing to the eye, clean, and organized. This was somewhat important to me since this was my first visit to his office; I had a good first impression. When I went into the exam room for a consultation, he went into depth on giving me a brief mini-lesson (literally, went on to show me a visual presentation with a pen and paper, which I thoroughly appreciated) on what I exactly have and what the best approach would be for me to take. He ended up telling me it would be best for me to wait it out and gave me alternative approaches to what I could do in the meantime. I came out of this free consultation being told to save my money when he easily could have made good money off of me, but instead, he gave me the blunt truth and told me what his suggestions were for me in my case. Thank you, Dr. Yagudin for a great first experience. I will return for any other aesthetic needs I may need in the future. read more

I've gone to Dr. Yuriy Yagudin for many years and was always happy with his services. He listened to my concerns and presented himself as a thoughtful guy. However, the last time I was there in August of 2022, for under eye filler, he didn't fill the whole under eye area. (See Stella S's 2 star review) When I returned in October of this year for a touch up for the service I was not happy with, he said I would have to pay $400 hundred more. Though I requested that the touch up be free, he insisted that I would have to pay. (This was the first time I had requested a touch up in all the years I had gone to him, which was about 13 years.) I noticed that the box of filler he was pushing, Belotero, had the word SAMPLE on it and when I mentioned this to Yuri, he replied offhandedly, "that doesn't matter." Well guess what? It does matter! (When he went out of the room, I took a photo of the sample filler with my cell phone as evidence.) A SAMPLE is free and here he was charging for a touch up that I felt he shouldn't have been charging for in the first place using a free SAMPLE. He took the vial of filler from one of those SAMPLE boxes and used this under my eyes. That was a shocker, but I stupidly didn't say anything else about it. On my way out, I paid 200 hundred cash to Jennifer, his administrative assistant, but luckily my credit card wouldn't go through for the rest. The first procedure and the touch up brought me to a $1050 dollar payment ($850 and $200) for a badly done job that didn't last more than a few months. (It would have been $1250 for a bad job had my card gone through!) Before this, my under eye filler would last from 1 1/2 to 2 years. Dr. Yagudin's SAMPLE filler lasted only lasted around 2 months. Because my under eyes area looked terrible, I went a few days ago--the beginning of this November, also of 2022--to another cosmetic Doc., who did a wonderful job. Of course it cost me more money, $600 more, because Yuri had done a substandard job--for both the first session AND for the touch up session. That cost me and I would like a full refund for a service that failed miserably, but that probably won't happen. Unfortunately, Yuri has lost his way. Before this, I always appreciated him, but now he should be ashamed of his actions. You don't treat a long time patient--or any patient for that matter--who you'd like to keep as a patient--in this underhanded, shoddy manner. Our doctor patient relationship has been irreparably broken and I'll never return to Dermacare Medical or Dr. Yuriy Yagudin again. I'm thinking about putting a complaint into the New York State Department of Health and to the Better Business Bureau. read more

Loved this place and am very happy with the lip filler I got. Looks super natural, which is important to me. Dr. Yagudin knows his stuff. I found this place based on the Yelp reviews and took a chance that they would be as good as the reviews claimed. They were and it's also very affordable. Highly recommend! read more

I waited (with an appointment) for nearly an hour without a single person giving me an update as to when I would see the doctor. Mind you, there were 4 young women working behind reception so it isn't as if they were short-staffed. Only after I got up to leave did they give me a "ten minute window" because I was "up next." please. there are plenty of other places to take my business to in this great city and they wasted an hour of my life I will never get back. No thanks. read more

I love Dr. Y. Always excellent results. No nonsense fluff! You can get an appointment in a very reasonable time frame, there is relatively little to no wait time in his office, the staff is friendly & I'm never being 'sold'. I went to another practice for a brief period (I was working with them on a contract basis) & I felt like I was paying for the extravagant office, was constantly being 'sold' on tons of additional procedures & products that I 'needed'! Dr. Y actually gives me the info & let's me decide. In fact he suggests I wait if any hesitation. I will continue to be a patient & send referrals! read more

FINALLY!! I looked on line to find a new Botox provider and Dr. Yagudin happened to be almost across the street from my office. His prices were very good and he uses Brilliant Distinctions which if you don't know about it, learn. My Dr. in LA used that and it's a way to get points towards discounts from Allergan. I'm not sure why no other Dr's I've been to in NYC even mention it. The office staff was super friendly, the atmosphere is great and it was just an all around pleasant experience. Dr. Yagudin was very willing to listen to my concerns and what I hoped to achieve with both Botox and other treatments and made suggestions. He never tried to up sell me on anything, something I've experienced in the past. Dr. Yagudin will continue to get my business as well as all my friends that I refer to him. read more

Realy Like Dr Yaqudin . He changed my life for better . Dr Yacudin and his staff a very pleasant . I higly recommend this doctor .

I am very satisfied. I had the Botox 20 units for $250. Cheaper than the last doctor I saw and also less painful afterward and with less bruising. Before I paid the bill, Dr Yagudin suggested I sign up for the Brilliant program so I also received a $20 off coupon for my visit and future visits. The receptionist made a phone call when the coupon wasn't going through on the internet, and had the issue resolved immediately. A+ service! read more

Took me a while to write a review but I wanted to say that Dr. Yuriy Yagudin is amazing and blessed with what he does. I am a model in NYC and its important for me to upkeep my look. Not that bad. He did laser for sun spots that took about perhaps 5 - 8 minutes. I thought the treatment would also include my beautiful bald head with also has some sun spots. He said, "I'll have to charge you $300 to do your head too". Call me crazy but $300 for 8 minutes of work is well, I gotta get int that business. He's a decent enough fellow though. \NOTE: His website says this treatment is $299 but they don't tell you that 3-5 sessions are recommend. Like any place these days this place is there for the Money. Still, its not bad read more

Really like Dr Yagudin, the office, price and of course the look achieved! I have recommended him to many of my friends and everyone has had great experiences. He earned my trust on the first visit by refusing a treatment I was more than willing to pay for immediately, also he will only do what he believes is in your best interest and not just for the bottom line. Highly recommend. Actually, I just tried to book online and the system is down so I hope that feature is back up and running soon. read more

The office is sparkling clean and I was seen right away. So far, I've had two treatments and I will definitely be returning for a third. Dr. Yagudin has a great aesthetic sense: I was very pleased with the work he did, Juvederm and botox. Very pleased with results, lips especially. There was little pain or bruising. I found Dr. Yagudin pleasant, professional and nice. He answered my questions and told me what to expect after the treatments. He did not try to push extra services. I like his manner a lot . Prices are reasonable. Highly recommended. read more

Dr. Yagudin is a magician! He is always ahead of the curve in perfecting new techniques and is well-informed on new products and services. The prices are entirely reasonable for Manhattan. The facility is pleasant with a nice waiting area and the staff have always been friendly. Dr. Yagudin himself has a great bedside manner. I've tried at least 3 other cosmetic dermatology practices on the Upper East Side before getting a recommendation for Dr. Y, and I haven't looked back since. read more

I had the PPP removal done at Dr Yagudin's facility 2 weeks a ago. Dr Yagudin explained everything that would happen with the procedure thoroughly and also showed me pictures of what to expect right after and after everything was healed up. After the procedure was done he also gave me through instructions on care for when I was home and also his contact info in case any problems arose. The procedure was a complete success! No more PPP showing anywhere, like they never existed! The total time for me was 2 hours. Most of that time was waiting to make sure the numbing agent took affect. The only downside is the office location has no assigned parking and finding a parking spot or garage in Manhattan is a major pain. I was driving around at 11am and it was still rough. Not anything his office could control though. read more

I'm a repeat client of Dr. Yagudin for skin fillers and Botox. I've had different experiences with him. I loved the fillers he did under my eyes, but I didn't like what he did with my lips. For that reason I tend to go to three different doctors in the city. I go to one guy for the lips, to Yagudin for the under eye and cheek filler, and to another person for Botox. I like to diversify. Sometimes it's about your expectations, and not about wether or not the doctor does the procedure "perfectly". What's perfect in your eyes, may not be perfect in his eyes. So when I disliked the way he did my lips, I was upset, but not because of his technique, but because I didn't see what I personally wanted to see. Doctors tend to insist on what's "anatomically correct" which is bottom lip heavier than top. Well, I think they need to think outside the box, and ask for what the patient wants. If we all thought that nature was doing awesome things, and we need to follow what's "anotomically correct", then we wouldn't get any work done. Right? Anyways, I plan to go back to him for cheek and under-eye treatment with fillers. I had great results, and they lasted a couple of years. read more

Horrible/ Very Unprofessional. Dr. Yuri Permanently disfigured me with his "procedure" (scarring, skin discoloration) Im VERY Embarrassed to even say anything about it. My request for Ultimate Confidentiality has been breached. It was Extremely Uncomfortable when I first entered your office. I have since found a reputable surgeon(World Renowned) that was able to reverse Some of the damage caused by Dr. Yaguridan's "procedure" at a much higher $$ amount, I still have one more procedure to go... I think Dr. Yagudin is a master when it comes to using the filler Juvederm. He essentially reconstructed my cheeks that had lost fullness due to age and stress. Equally important, he was able to deftly make small adjustments during subsequent visits. These subsequent visits, I believe, were highly collaborative, which I think is an essential component when one wants to achieve certain small adjustments to one's appearance. I have always been pleased with the results. It may be that the ability to handle these types of fillers with great skill is commonplace, but to find a doctor with whom one feels comfortable enough to speak openly, precisely and freely about one's desires and one's concerns is hugely important it seems to me. It is after all one's face. Sometimes he has advised against adding more filler, and he was right and I was so glad I listened. And other times I was right and was grateful that he was willing to listen to me. So, it is very collaborative and he is, I think, a very go-with-the-flow kind of guy, acting as if these procedures are all quite normal (when in fact they can be positively life-changing), and that attitude works well for me as I find this manner reassuring somehow. read more

Very very satisfied with the work of this Dr. I did a lot of research for lip injections by looking at before and after photos from different doctors as there is nothing more scary that a duckface - I wanted a fuller lip while keeping the lipline "sharp' and natural.
