Location: find the farmacía Puebla, its right across the street on top of the tattoo parlor and pizza place. There are a few spots if parking which made it easy. My hair looked stunning. Jennie is so talented in what she does, & really can make suggestions as to what suits you. Makeup - Yajaira (sp?) was very sweet and gave me a smokey eye. Just tell them what you want and they will do it. If you say you want a lot of makeup, they will give you a lot. So just be specific! I did hope it was airbrush makeup, but since being on a small island - resources are low. You can bring in any makeup you want to use or use what they have there. I would have done the makeup myself and saved a lot of money, but I did look pretty and she was very sweet. If you are not good at applying makeup, then come get yours done. Otherwise save a lot of money. If I come to Rincon again, I would definitely come back to get my hair done if needed!

Well worth coming at least an hour or more before your treatments to chill and enjoy the spaces. Great menu of options for treatments. For massage, I did a 90 min "attunement" that combines deep tissue, Swedish, and heat/hot stone. Great way to try everything. Treatment rooms are indoor/outdoor and very comfortable. There is a 20% service changer added, most of which goes to the provide and a small part to the other staff. Not a budget spa menu, but if you're staying here you probably don't expect that and it's worth the experience. Highly recommend!

I get massages and facials on a regular basis at home. I was expecting more soundproofing for the service rooms. You could hear everything that was happening in the waiting area. The massage therapist was wonderful. The facial was less than what I was use to. There was a lot of down time and the esthetician left the room a couple times stating she needed to get product. I am not sure exactly what was happening but at one point I heard something that sounded like someone opening up a garbage bag. It was not a relaxing experience. I was surprised the extractions were done manually. At home my esthetician uses a machine that is less invasive. There was 1 cleanse, 1 mask, and, at most, a 1 minute face massage to incorporate products into my skin. While letting the mask dry there was a foot massage, but it was very uneven. The esthetician spend 3-4 minutes on one foot and maybe 1 minute for the other. The cost was not worth the experience. I would return for the massage only.

The assistant led me through the changing area, restrooms, sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. The lockers were easy to use. I enjoyed my time using the sauna and steam room. The relaxation suite was lovely, with delicious juices and snacks. I just wish there was hydrotherapy available before the spa service (there is not a whirlpool or cold plunge). I opted for the hammam, which is an elite treatment. I'd been wanting to do this treatment, at this spa, for a few years and it was fantastic. My therapist was absolutely amazing and I felt so comfortable with her. The hammam treatment happens in a stunningly tiled room. The history of hammam is explained, which I loved. My therapist explained the treatment protocol and that put me at ease. Once the treatment started, I never wanted it to end. It was so interesting and very relaxing. I left with softest skin imaginable. The Spa at Condado Vanderbilt is wonderful. This was an early anniversary trip and they gave us a lovely surprise, even though my partner opted not to partake in a spa service (now a regret of his). The spa was so calm and relaxing and they have the best staff. I loved every second of my experience here, and not only am I planning to go return, we are planning to stay at the Vanderbilt (which we should have done this trip).
