Secondly, they don't fix ANY issues a home may have that they caused. Lastly, the builders/people in charge of the builders are not pleasant people. Rude, cross boundaries, aren't willing to help, and have no care about the little details of the home. They obviously are only in this business for the money!

In short, if you are a Veteran, DO NOT USE TAYLOR MORRISON HOME FUNDING. I do not find them Veteran friendly at all. Besides, they already told me they will sell our mortgage within three weeks. I do not regret building a home, I DO REGRET USING TAYLOR MORRISON HOME FUNDING. This will be posted at every social media site I can find. Veterans shouldn't be treated in this way when it comes to home buying. My first home was no way near these costs and was only $50,000 cheaper than our newly built home. Never again will I buy a TM home because of their outrageous closing costs.
