They always listen to every question or concern I may have, no matter how many I have. The doctor and staff are completely committed to helping me keep my cats healthy as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. It was very easy to get an appointment, the receptionists are really super! They have a very good office schedule and get me in quickly every time, and if there is an emergency, the doctor is notified immediately. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the parking is close to the entrance. It is not at all unusual for the Doctor to call me herself. I have been going there for quite a while and feel that I have finally found the best veterinarian and staff for my three fur-kids!

He was able to examine my cat, give her vaccination and trim her nails without using an injectable sedative (as her former vet required). If you have a fearful cat, rest assured that Dr Crawford is great with handling them. Office staff were also very friendly and capable. So glad I found this clinic!

My first visit was for eye conjunctivitis and the doctor was pretty quick with everything, the vet tech was wonderful and kind, I was in and out with eye gel and antibiotics. They charged me a $1.00 biohazard fee...I think they do this when your pet vomits or poops and they have to clean it up, honestly, no problem, I would charge more. My second visit was with my scared little black cat who apparently became a monster when I left her to have X-rays and an enema -- I don't blame her. Dr. G and vet tech, Heather, were so unbelievably kind to me and sympathetic to my little demon, even though she had turned into a clawing, biting beast. I was embarrassed, but Heather was so nice about it. Dr. G called the next day for follow up, it was so nice of her.

Baby Rasin wasn't quite herself. I made an appointment and took her in. After 2 rounds of antibiotics she still wasn't herself. I took her bac in and the infection had spread. Dr. Hoover recommended surgery. Three o clock in the afternoon and patients coming in she did the emergency surgery!!!! What amazes me about this is she was only focused on my baby. Appointments ran at least an hour behind. I was in the waiting room and apologized profusely to the other clients. Not one complained. We all agreed that could have been anyone of them and their baby will receive the same quality care when they get back. I've been coming here since they first opened and want to scream from the mountain tops These are the best vet and staff I've ever seen, and im 70 yrs old. I also found it quite funny. Had that delay been at a humane dr. There would have been screaming and yelling. Probaby cussing also. Haha just shows most of us care more about our fur babies than people.
