He was on time, did excellent work from an impressive setup, stayed in the estimate and was just an all-around nice guy. We had Jose, a week and a half ago, come clean are driveway, sidewalk and small patio by the pool and he was done within an hour and a half with fantastic results. Before he left he pointed out some problems I had on my roof and gutters/grain spouts which could fall at any minute on someone walking to the pool. I was dreading fixing this for a long time because I knew it would be very pricey. He showed me pictures. He showed me videos and then gave me a quote, for if I wanted to get the job done at a later date. I was so impressed with his initial work and the quote he gave, I took a leap of faith and decided to go with JJ Gutters Power Wash for my Roof and Gutter problem. Jose was the most transparent and honest person I have ever meet. I asked many questions along the way and did a lot of research which brought even more and more questions in regards to my roof. Every time, Jose listened to my suggestions and explained why something would or would not work. He worked with me every step of the way until I was comfortable with every detail. And yes, I was that client that wanted to know every detail. Today, Jose and his team proved to be highly professional and easy to work with. The floor beneath the collapsed tiles was very messy and the situation really was a sort of emergency because I am quite elderly and did not have the strength to fix the two tiles and clean the floor. Ben came out and was very knowledgeable about ceiling tiles and dryer vents. He seemed to have a talent for handyman tasks. He was polite, organized, and had all the equipment necessary for the task. The company advertises "window cleaning and more." The price was reasonable and I sure am a fan of "Dufault." (When people look them up, they spell the name of the company wrong.)

Put down drop cloths, vacuumed and left barely any traces of any mess. Let's face it, if you get insulation it is MESSY. You can't expect absolute perfection but from watching the guys work and how messy and dirty it got, I am absolutely surprised at the care they took to clean up afterward. What was nice was that the guys were talkative in giving advice and tips and feedback for insulating and making my home more efficient. They explained the material they used, why they were doing what they did. The lead guy even called the RISE engineer over to question the plan in one of the areas of my house; and the RISE engineer agree to modify per the insulator's advice. I have a tight crawlspace under my house on the water in the Longmeadow area and these guys came in like professionals!
