We purchased a new mobile home and the mobile home dealer had this person come install our well/ pump. We had issues from day 1 . It was pumping sand and the pvc he used as the main pipe under ground shook each time the pump kicked on. He refused to come out and make it right claiming he went down 60 ft and we need a softener system. He said the dealer paid him, so we need to discuss this with the dealer, and cursed my husband! Fast forward 3 years, and the "60 ft" well collapsed. We had to pay $8500 to get a new well/ pump installed. The "60 ft" was actually 42 ft. and was in a mud pocket, not in limestone! We called again, and he said he was not going to fix it or reimburse us for the new well. And promptly hung up. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL! THEY GET YOUR MONEY AND YOU GET CRAPPY WATER AND NOTHING BUT GRIEF!! I recommend using Durhams well Drilling. They take pride in their work! I now have beautiful water at 80ft. We will be taking them to court to recover some of the money spent. read more

Randy and his crew have drill a well for my in-laws, me and wife's grandmother. They are excellent at what they do. When I was deeded the land from my mother in law, he did accidently drill a well on her side of the property line, had redug a well on the right side of the line without hesitation. And then proceeded to tell my mother-in-law and I hw to attach a hand pump to the well he misdrilled, which surprised and delighted me at the same time. He knows which well pump brand I prefer as well as the bladder tank, and will do what he can to find me the brand I want. He is very reasonably priced and won't charge me if it was a minor problem. One time he even knew what the problem was from what I told him, and then told me how to fix it, no charge. Another time, when I went to change the pressure switch out (which he taught me how to install), the pressure switch still wasn't working. He came out, knew what the problem was immediately and showed me how to fix it, and didn't charge me for his time. The only time I know of that you would have a hard time getting a hold of him in on a Sunday morning when he is in church. but he will make himself available afterwards. read more

Dependable Well drilled my well in 2017. It's a shallow well in Keystone Heights. They did not comply with Clay County requirements to submit final paperwork. Currently I'm getting black specks in my water. If I fill bathtub 20 to 30 Pitch black debris specks immediately come out. I noticed them in ice cubes as well. read more

This company will rob you lie to you laugh in your face not honor their warranty and their wells are faulty. They stop when they hit clay. You can't filter clay and they won't fix it. They want more money to come and go and fix their warranty do not use this company. You will just be throwing money in the trash. read more

Came home Friday evening to no water. Called several places that evening with no luck. Someone recommended Mr. Smith so we called Saturday morning at 9:30 am and by 10:30 am he had repaired the problem. We had water again. He even gave us some advice on our water. Would not recommend. They gave my building contractor the run around, well was not properly placed on my property. The water that came from where they drilled the well was murky and very sandy. They refused to drill deeper up to 100ft, and refused to move to another spot to drill the well. Poor Service! read more
