Just had a full house of accordion shutters installed yesterday! The team from Dependable was absolutely fantastic. The job was done flawlessly and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. For months I have tried to find a shutter repair person to fix 3 of my electric shutters. These others would make appointments and cancel, giving various excuses why they canceled. Finally found Kenny with DS&G. Wow! what a breath of fresh air. It was great to meet such a nice, professional, knowledgeable person. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate which was well under the previous estimates. And he was able to fix them all in the same day. Just purchased a home and needed to get one shutter put on a window for insurance purposes...the receptionist tells me that their minimum for them to even do a job is $3500!!!! EXCUSE ME WHAT!? I had my windows replaced by Dependable Shutters in 2016 and they were excellent so when I needed my front door and a side door replaced I called them again. Chuck installed the doors by himself in 95 degree heat. He did a great job. I am very happy with the doors and Chuck's work. Surita was very helpful working with me on the scheduling.
