I had a great experience with Dependable Shutter and Glass from start to finish. Their Sales Consultant Rob was professional. Wayne , Owner, was also extremely professional and assuring. After my interaction with Wayne, I knew that I would get a good job. Surita, Paula and Elijah from the Office were great. Today, 02/24/2021, Dependable Shutters sent their A+ Team to do my installation. I want to say a big THANK YOU to the Team led by David. Other Team Members were Denis, Roul and Kevin. They came in, covered my furniture with white plastic, moved the furniture , installed and cleaned up. It was a seamless operation. All were wearing Mask. Thank you very much. You surpassed my expectation. I unreservedly recommend Dependable Shutter & Glass. M. Campbell-Miramar read more

I had Dependable Shutter & Glass in Davie, Florida, put impact windows on my (2) story townhouse. They sent Chris Thompson & his partner out to do the installation. Not only were Chris & his partner professional & knowledgeable, but they were so kind & personable to work with. They did the job from start to finish beautifully, They went above & beyond to make sure my job was done for someone like me who is very picky & the little things at the end of the job to make sure I was happy. My next door neighbor had them done as well. I would recommend Dependable Shutter & Glass for any needs you might have on your home, condo, etc. and make sure you ask for Chris Thompson & his partner to do the job. Cindy T. read more

Just had a full house of accordion shutters installed yesterday! The team from Dependable was absolutely fantastic. The job was done flawlessly and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. A+++ from the original meeting with the team to the finished job . There is a clear difference in the quality of their american made products as compared to my neighbors and the fact that their crew are "Employees" and not sub contractors is a HUGE difference. These guys work for this company and take tremendous pride in how the job comes out!!! I cannot say enough great things about this company. Do not look anywhere else... don't even shop anyone else... I did already and this decision was the best one! read more

I had the pleasure of working with DS&G on my home widow replacement project after the usual runaround from other companies seeking my business. From the first interaction with the office staff scheduling my meeting with the salesman to the measuring and installation, every step was fantastic. The installation staff was professional and on time every day. I was surprised and delighted when on the first day on my property the owner of the company showed up, just to see the progress and to be sure I was satisfied. This company was on the ball from day one through the permitting phase to the city inspection. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. read more

I would like to thank the people @ DS&G from Rob Frye, who made first contact, and showed us a preview of the care and professionalism we would receive, Paula T, Ismael A, who coordinated with our H.O.A and handled the permitting, David and Danny for an excellent installation, Kizzy and Nina handling the final inspections and the service dept. Also, Surita S. who was our main contact at the office. Last, but certainly not least, Wayne Thompson owner, who should be "very" proud of the people and the system he has surrounded himself! They have brought the term "SERVICE" to a higher level, Thank You All Ray & Sue Korotaeff, Pembroke Pines read more

For months I have tried to find a shutter repair person to fix 3 of my electric shutters. These others would make appointments and cancel, giving various excuses why they canceled. Finally found Kenny with DS&G. Wow! what a breath of fresh air. It was great to meet such a nice, professional, knowledgeable person. He arrived on time, assessed the situation, gave me an estimate which was well under the previous estimates. And he was able to fix them all in the same day. Why anyone would use another company for service is beyond me. 5 stars just does not reflect just how satisfied I am with his service. read more

This is probably the best trades company I've ever dealt with. Responded quickly to my inquiry for windows and had them in place when I wanted them to be installed. All the staff and installation crew were friendly and professional as well as going above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with all their work. Had three other companies come out and none of them could come close to matching Dependable Windows on either the pricing or the quality of their windows. Would deal with them again in a heartbeat for my next window and door project. read more
