I was assured by Morgan who checked with her boss/owner that they had ordered the parts the day I spoke with them and when the part came in they would install with only the labor charge. I have called and left messages repeatedly since September 2020 for status and have not received any call backs on this repair. Now the warranty is over and should I go with a different company it won't be ordered and installed under warranty.

We have an upstairs air conditioning compressor and central unit that separate from the one downstairs unit. This unit is 1 year and a few months old and had been an ongoing issue partly due to previous HVAC service company ineptitude. We were thrilled when the owner promptly returned our call and came out to the appointment 2 hours early (of course calling us ahead). He handled our issue with professionalism and promptly! Supreme Air Services was contracted by my home warranty company to repair my central air system…read more Tech came out, troubleshoot system and couldn't find the issue. System blowing air out like the fan is on, not cold air. Called warranty company back and explained a/c is still not working properly and that my home was up to 80 degrees inside, so I put a window unit in. They said supreme air has to be the one to come back out. I called Francis at supreme air to see when he would come back out. He stated I could " call a major ac repair company, pay their diagnostic fee, tell me what they find and I will repair that". I called Choice Warranty back and requested a new company to come out. They said that it would have to be Supreme Air for the second visit. Supreme Air told me they would be out today, Tuesday the 4th. He told my warranty company the same thing. Spoke with him moments ago and he stated he can't come out until Thursday, the 6th. 2 weeks with a/c not working properly and I'm stuck with this company unless I pay out of pocket. I would highly recommend choosing one of the "major" a/c repair companies in the area.
