Despite the patio not being treated before winter, then when they did come out it was a terrible finish and another company corrected. The patio is not level in a couple areas and the custom stamp and cuts they made in the patio were not lifted up causing a bubble like look. Also, while completing the project, I called in numerous times to complain, I would have people come out at the end, but after several services calls and nothing accomplished, I finally stopped fighting and said I would leave a review. I followed his advice and their adjuster said my roof was too old to repair so they authorized a new one. Ryan's crew arrived early in the morning a week later, moved my patio furniture and garden lights away from the house, placed tarps everywhere to catch debris and the roofing nails then got to work. His crew was fast working and efficient. Within an hour, the roof was stripped down to the decking and they started installing the new one.
