So I told them to put me on the list and that I was going to try to reach another locksmith as I was supposed to be at work! I did call the other locksmith in the area, no answer for one, and the other one answered and told me that his technician would be reaching out to me. When the 45 minutes came up, Tom had called me back from Hoosier Locksmith and said that he was five minutes away, he showed up, he was professional, courteous, and very nice. Overall, even helped me look for my keys in the car when they were not where I thought they were going above and beyond. Scheduled the appointment, Nick came out and told me the price while on site and took my info to send me the actual quote. A few days went by and I did not receive anything. I contacted him to see if it was sent and he said he would try again and asked me to verify my information which I did. Another day passes and still no quote. I reached out one last time and he said that's odd and he'd try again and if not he'll send it via text. It's been over 2 weeks since last reached out and never heard from them again. Not sure why he would waste my time or his, since he obviously does not want the business. Can't comment on the quality of work but I can say that based on this interaction and how unreliable they are with just trying to obtain a quote I would not feel great about hiring them.
