First and foremost I would like to say you get what you pay for. It is crucial to make sure you get quality work especially when it comes to high-end cars. Spencer absolutely did the best job I've ever seen when it comes to getting a crease out of a car. The dent was very big in the trunk it was a 6 hour process but he would not know it when he was done it literally looked absolutely perfect. I took my truck in to Touchet's to get some front end work done after I hot a deer. They told me…read morethat after they got the parts in, they could finish my truck in a day. I drop my truck off to them as soon as they opened, and came to pick it up. It wasn't ready. They never called me to tell me about the delay. They said it would be ready the nect day. So, I figured I still wouldn't need a rental car since it was only for one more day. Go back the next day, still not ready. No phone call to tell me it wasn't going to be ready, again. So, the next day I call to see if it would actually be ready. I was told it would be another 2 days. When I asked why it was taking so long, and why they told me it would only take a day, the guy on the phone got an attitude and told me to get off his back and that "s*** happens". Finally, when my truck was ready to get picked up. I got it home, and noticed that the paint was chipping on where they touched it up. It looked like someone took house paint and just slapped it on my hood. They never put the touch up work on the invoice so it wasn't warrantied by them. I also noticed that they didn't replace my skid plate or the bottom shroud on the bumper. And, they didn't put back all the bolts back on my front end. I had my hood professionally re-done. I had to spend more money to fix their carelessness. I found out that the paint they used was not meant for my vehicle, and that the primer was having a chemical reaction to the paint and causing very large areas of my hood to chip off. After talking to some friends that have had work done at Touchet's, they imformed me that they have had similar experiences with them. They are not a professional business, DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VEHICLE
