My call was answered by an answering service who assured me that my call would be returned promptly. Less than 30 minutes later, Eric called and listened while I described the situation. He stated he could come by the following day at 3 pm and was confident that he could fix the problem but that a second treatment might be necessary. He said the second treatment would happen at no charge if it's needed. The next day, Eric sent a text message at 2:30 and stated he would arrive by 3 pm. He arrived at 2:55. He quickly got to work. Less than an hour later, he was finished. His fee was more than reasonable, especially since I gave such short notice. He was pleasant, honest and a great communicator, keeping me informed along the way. I highly recommend Action Pest Control for any of your exterminator needs. I will personally be calling him sooner than later if I have a similar problem later on down the road. I'm extremely pleased with the whole experience, especially since I'd already had to deal with such a mess.
