They also do Pap smears/breast exams so you can bundle your appts. I was tired of being gaslit about my symptoms and just being put on horrible drugs while I waited for my illnesses to "go away their own". The nurses and check in staff are also so lovely and really make me feel welcome. Always come ready to pee! They usually want a sample even if you don't have UTI symptoms.

The person who answered the phone was more interested in my health insurance and if it was a ppo, hmo, etc. My insurance is a self funded plan through my retirement and have seen many providers, even out of state with full coverage. What was interesting is that they wouldn't look me up and was told they don't have the ability to look up health insurance coverage. What a joke, but was told that it's Dr Dunns policy. Not having the ability to look up coverage is not a policy, but rather incompetence. Please check out Dr Dunns multiple disciplinary actions from the state of Colorado department of regulatory agencies website. She's also lost her license to practice in New Mexico. The latest dispensary action from 2020 states, "after review of all the information in this matter, the Panel found that your conduct fell below the generally accepted standards of practice for a physician constituting unprofessional conduct".

Thank you for Dr Ledgerwood for being the super incredible outstanding surgeon you are and for…read morehelping me stay alive way longer than predicted! I know this would have never happened without you and today is exactly 12 years of extra living thanks to you. Happy New Year Dr Ledgerwood. To the rest of you negative people, yes the medical field is filled with poorly trained and uneducated entry level staff who are flat out morons with the poorest of communications so I get how frustrating that is especially when death is knocking at your door like in my case. But seriously crying over a kidney stone that you finally pass a few day later....really. However, if your life is on the line do you really care about a lot of these complaints or do you want the best of the best to operate on you because they actually know what they are doing? Again, I can only speak of and testify to the miraculous work Dr Ledgerwood did when he operated on me 6 different times cutting out my kidney cancer while keeping me off of dialysis even 12 years later! I have also personally met other patients of Dr Ledgerwood's outside of their office who even said that MD Anderson offered to operate but also referred my friend back to Dr Ledgerwood. This was due to Dr Ledgerwood's expertise knowledge and ability to operate successfully and then get his patient home a lot quicker than MD Anderson could or would. Hence why my friend also chose Dr Ledgerwood with absolute success as well. Trust me I too hate the alleged medical professionals who do not know what they are doing but when your life is on the line I would not trust anyone anymore than I do trust Dr Ledgerwood. Especially to operate on my half of one and only kidney like he did so many times! Please think twice about your reviews if it is truly a medical neglect or malpractice case that could actually result in a lawsuit or are you just upset things are not going your way but with some patience you too might have a much better result? I again do understand and have had my negatives with the staff there that almost cost me my relationship and support with Dr Ledgerwood. Thankfully though Dr Ledgerwood and I both worked it out and even if we had not I still would never change my appreciation for all that Dr Ledgerwood did to help keep alive. I was initially told I had 1-2 years to live based off of the diagnosis and data and not any doctors ability to read a crystal ball. Thankfully I met Dr Ledgerwood and now have an "A" team of other providers that keep me going and with them all I literally just hit 12 years of the most incredible life I could live. This with so many thanks for the amazing surgeon Dr Ledgerwood and all he has done for me and my family. Please think twice about the content of your review before telling people to never give them a shot because of your personal experience. I truly believe I would not be alive here today if it was not for the 6 surgeries that Dr Ledgerwood performed on/for me. There is no bigger kidney cancer fan of Dr Ledgerwood than myself! Especially since my Renal Cell Carcinoma Stage III diagnosis was after I already donated a kidney to a sibling over a decade prior. Then I was diagnosed on 12-31-2013 when then Dr Ledgerwood had to operate again for the second time on 1-2-2014. Truly a real life hero and savior so please do not sweat the small stuff or bedside manners because the pros are sometimes too busy thinking of things way beyond or several steps ahead of what we are thinking usually. Yes we have rights to question and ask why but be sure your timing and questions are legit. Stop breath deep and think about what you are truly saying while poorly advising others in some of these petty reviews to not give them a chance unless you are already a medical professional yourself. Have a great day/life!

Absolutely Fantastic…read more Dr. Ripoll is one in a million. She's fantastic and goes beyond expectations in care of her patients. Ten years ago I was diagnosed with prostate cancer. After running the gamut of Boulder Urologist I came across Dr. Ripoll. Once we met my search for doctors ended. She was the first Doctor that gave me unbiased options backed up by statistics for solutions. We came to the conclusion External Beam Radiation would be a good solution. Although she was not the provider we discussed going to Loma Linda in California for proton radiation. She supported the solution and provided post treatment care. In January of 2017 my PSA started to rise indicating a possible return of prostate cancer. I again went to Dr. Ripoll. Confirming the reoccurrence of prostate cancer we discussed the options for Salvage treatment. Her recommendations were to provide two solutions and one standard solution I should avoid. Each of which would be provided by Doctors out of the area who had tremendous experience. I ended up choosing HiFu treatment with a doctor in Florida. Dr. Ripoll was willing to provide local support. In all cases of treatment I would be required to have a catheter installed. The treatment went well and the catheter was installed. What I hadn't realized is there could be complications with catheters. Managing those complications fell to Dr. Ripoll. Dr. Ripoll went beyond any expectations. A number of appointments had to be scheduled at inconvenient times for her just so I could come in. In one case she drove an hour to meet me at an unscheduled time to take care of one of my problems. In each case she solved my issues with sure solutions. I have the utmost respect for her and honestly wish I could find a family or internist doctor with her work and patient ethics. She's one in a million!

They make reference to going to their website to get a list of doctors in which Dr. Ripol has worked with in the past. I went to the website, and it is no longer active. How does a professional doctor, who is treating cancer patients, IC patients and all others, just close her doors without any warning. I never received a letter in the mail stating what she was doing. This would have allowed me to get an appointment with another Urology practice, and get my prescriptions renewed before they closed the doors.

All I was told to do is to show up at the scheduled time, with no other instructions, which was surprising I even double-checked on the phone and was told to show up on time because they are busy. When I came in for my appointment they gave me a questionary and then told me they can not do the procedure because I took some Advil 7 days ago. I was disappointed that I'll have to reschedule because I was not told about these directions before, but I was understanding... until they told me that I owe them $200 for the visit. When I asked if these will be used towards the payment for the procedure they said no, that is just for today's visit. They sent the bill... for $350(!), 2 months after the service with a due date to pay just 4 days after receiving the bill. When I tried to reach out to them to explain the situation and get the bill reduced all 3 staff members I talked to (billing department, customer service, and a supervisor) were rude and not helpful.

You will need to schedule at least 3 appointments to even begin receiving care, and this will allow to make more money while you pay the cost if you have a deductible. Each visit will cost you about $200 until your deductible is met. Additionally, the office staff schedules numerous appointments at the same time, and I've waited over an hour on both visits. I also asked 5 others in the waiting room, and they were waiting for over an hour as well. Again, this allows Dr Snyder to make more money while you pay with your time. Then the all appointments only last 15 minutes. Unless you have abundant time and money, see someone else. Lots of urologists who are younger, professional, and won't take advantage of your time or money.
