Dr. Brandstetter literally said "Whatever!" and waved her hand in response to my description of a pregnancy complication I had experienced previously (I was describing it because she said she didn't know what it was). That level of dismissal continued throughout the appointment with her not listening to my concerns and "addressing" concerns I had explicitly stated I do not have. She seemed exasperated by me at the end of the appointment. I left before she wanted me to, because it was clear she was not interested in helping (and I'd already spent over 2.5 hours at the office).

He appeared to be jacked up on drugs (kept rubbing his nose and was hyperactive), didn't listen (e.g., told me to avoid dairy after I said I was a vegan), dropped the ball on a requested test, made my weight an issue when it's been consistent for decades and I am thin and small-boned due to my family and ethnicity, talked about topics unrelated to my health including his experience with another patient (while checking my ears) and shared that his mother-in-law takes testosterone and it makes her aggressive (while "listening" to my heart), then he up-coded and made (IMO) false statements about what was actually discussed during the exam. The "exam" was disastrous and I am being charged an extra $165 out of pocket for discussing too many topics, which I am not going to pay under the circumstances! Dr. Mahoney is the one who talked incessantly about too many topics--all of which were unrelated to my health and wellness. The few things brought up by me reasonably fall under an older woman's wellness exam. Committing HIPAA violations and insurance fraud (IMO) is not okay! I have reported this to government and consumer agencies. I recommend that anyone else who is mistreated by Dr. Mahoney to do the same.

BEST DECISION EVER!!! Friendly and personable staff, professional handling of each and every patient I witnessed coming in whenever I was there, and the doctors truly care!!! Dr. McGould was my true hero all throughout my pregnancy. She honestly personally monitored me every step of the way. My twins would not have arrived as safe and healthy as they did without her!!!!

Dr. Granadillo is actually my favorite, she is always very knowledgeable for me and answers all my crazy first-time mom questions and understands that I don't know what to expect for anything. I haven't met is Dr. Lingle, which I honestly don't mind because I feel like I would personally be uncomfortable with a male doctor. The nurses also always answer the phone promptly when I call worried about something and answer my questions with no judgement. They have also worked with me after I had to change insurance after about 2 months. I went from a private insurance to Medicaid and I was very worried that I would be treated different for having medicaid, as is the case for a lot of places sadly, and I was not at all! I'm very excited to have this team for the birth of my baby girl!

My only reservations with this practice are the occasional unfriendliness from front desk staff (in person and over the phone) and the passive aggressive notes around the office. There are two in the bathroom that I just find unprofessional - something about "It doesn't kill brain cells to change the toilet paper" - like ok, why is this here for clients to read as if it's our job to clean your restrooms? And then another on the pee drop door with some sarcastic comment about "if you don't label your sample and can't tell yours from others then neither can we" which is obvious but just off putting. A sweet reminder would be great because I'm hardly ever in this office unless it's because I'm having a problem.

All my questions were answered throughout the experience, and everything afterwards is just as Dr. Kreutzer explained it would be. It is clear to me that he genuinely cares about his patients and pays close attention to detail. The staff was very professional, friendly and approachable. I'm a 55 yr old female. Have always had problems with my right ankle rolling and suffering sprains…read moresince I was a small child. I shattered my cartridge cup in 1986. After that the ankle never worked quite right. Then in 2010 my ankle stopped moving all together. Went through 2 surgeries. I stayed in casts non stop since 2010. Then 2014 my toes quit moving. I walked like I had a peg leg. I was in such severe pain. THEN I met Dr. Still, I was desperate I asked him to amputate my leg numerous times, I couldn't go on ANYMORE. Dr. Still was so compassionate, so patient. All his staff is amazing. He said he could fix my ankle. He preformed A Total Ankle Replacement.  He GAVE ME A NEW LEASE ON LIFE !!!  At 5 weeks I can walk. I am PAIN FREE for once in my life !!! Every morning I move that ankle around and tears fall because if it wasn't for Dr. Still I would of found someone to amputate AND not been Blessed with THIS Amazing ankle. Our new OBGYN said that doctors only lose delivery rights at hospital if "they suck." Direct quote. Yeah, Cherry Hills sucks. Do not go there. You will be treated as a line item for co-pays. I was disgusted by how my wife was treated.
