And I got the tires installed in under an hour. I have now bought 4 new tires from them twice: once in 2020, and again in 2023. I am now a loyal customer for life!!! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. And there were no high pressure sales tactics when I called to order the tires, which I greatly appreciated. The salesperson was more than happy to sell me the exact same type of tires I already had, however, I inquired about the next level up. I decided to upgrade to a tire with better traction for winter driving conditions. Because I bought my old tires from them, the salesperson had told me on the phone that they would pro-rate the old ones--and save me money on the new tires. I imagined that maybe I'd save $100 on 4 new tires. But I was wrong... They deducted $461 from the price of my 4 new tires!!! I couldn't believe it. I was so happy. And then on top of that, I was eligible for a $100 rebate from Goodyear Tires, which arrived last week in the form of a Visa gift card. I saved a total of $561 on the cost of my new tires by going to Flynn Tires! Between the exquisite customer service, high-quality, name-brand tires, low-pressure sales, and the incredible savings, I am now hooked for life! I'll never get my tires from anywhere else. P.S. I just read some of the negative reviews about repairs. I can't address that issue because I have ONLY gone there for tires and not repairs. (I have my own trusted mechanic closer to my house.) Anyway, I'm really surprised to read those reviews because I have had nothing but great experiences with them.

While his partner next to him was yelling on a personal call at the main service desk about "his mommy and daddy's money" his words not mine.. the first line says it all. Just stay away..

Not only are these guys professional and efficient, but they have hearts of gold. I came across Mr. Tire in Irwin PA completely by chance and arguably by the grace of God. See, I only became acquainted with this business because my car broke down 6 hours into my 11 hour drive from Southern MD to Michigan. My car broke down on the Pennslyvania turnpike on a Sunday.... HOWEVER, it was not just just any Sunday. It was the Sunday before Memorial Day. This was only the beginning of the long string of bad luck I was to be dealt that day. Long story short-1. my insurance company contacted a tow company they didn't even support, thus the payment was out of pocket 2. The tow company literally dropped me off at the auto mechanic and while I was inside, they literally drove off without checking to make sure everything was ok 3. Prior to leaving, the tow guy informed me that this business did free diagnostics and would be open until 7 pm ( this was untrue : the diagnostics was to cost approx.100 dollars and they actually closed at 5 pm). 4. I was dropped off at 4 pm- 1 hour before they close. Thus giving the mechanics VERY little time to figure out what is going on with my car. Well they actually managed to figure out what was going on- my throttle body was malfunctioning and would need to be replaced. No big deal, however they did not currently have it. This was particularly nerve racking because the next day was Memorial Day and the likelihood of not only locating the piece and getting the piece there by the evening was impossible before they closed. I was stranded. I had to locate and book a hotel/ travel to the hotel in about 20 min before they closed. Again, no big deal right? Not the case. Called two local taxi companies to no avail and the nearest uber was 45 minutes away. Again, I was stranded. This is when I am BLOWN away by the service of Mr. Tire's following employees: Kevin and Ken. Kevin took it upon himself to call several business around the area to plead with them to work with him in order to help locate the piece and strenuously organize the pick up for the part. He not only located the part, but made sure the part was going to be there FIRST thing the next morning. Again, mind being that it was Memorial Day. They had the part there by the time they opened at 7:30 and I was back on the road by 10 AM. That is absolutely incredible! By the way, my car has never run this good!!!! Finally there was Ken. Ken... There are few words that can even express my gratitude to you. You went out of your way and went above and beyond to make sure I was okay and safe. Instead of heading home after work, you took it upon yourself to drive completely out of your way to take me to my hotel. However, you did not stop there. You ensured that I made it into the hotel safe AND came to pick me up the very next morning so I could get back to my car. And finally, you brought me to absolute tears when I received a text message from you later on that afternoon checking in to make sure I made it home to Michigan safe. You are a beautiful person and literally my saving grace. Needless to say. If you need an honest and down to earth place to go for an auto mechanic, please take your business here. In fact, the first guy failed my annual inspection in November partially due to the "really bad brakes". I hadn't noticed any issues. So I took the car to a 2nd shop and they also said I had brake issues. But it could pass inspection. When I picked up my car from the second place the "brake" idiot light was on. The mechanic said I'd need brakes "soon". A friend recommended the newest shop near her, so I brought it to Pep Boys for a *third* opinion. They said the brakes were fine, at no less than 50% wear, and new brakes would be a waste of money and time. So I had them change the oil, and I'm debating adding these guys to my will. After paying my dues working in retail I believe this to be true. So when I walked into this business with my father and basically was told no, that's when the business did not receive our business. My father, no dummy when it comes to cars, came here in search of a set of spare rims for his vehicle so he could mount his winter tires. This makes it easier on the owner of the vehicle, and less wear and tear on the seal of the tire and rim alike. It still baffles me that the employee, not sure of his name, was dead set on talking my father out of doing such a thing. The employee kept talking in circles instead of doing a simple search of their inventory and telling us whether they had them or not. After frustrating back and forth jibber-jabber, we left. We made no purchase and I can almost say with certainty that my father will be looking elsewhere for said rims for his vehicle.
