It took them about 2 hours to clean my truck's interior. They also offer free pick up and return of your vehicle if you're in town. They do a great job washing and waxing vehicles too. If you want that new car look for the summer, or to impress a hot date, bring your vehicle to these guys and they will get it looking great for you! They have plenty of parking, and they pull your vehicle inside their pole barn building to give it that professional clean. There are about 5 crew members who are able to work on your car at a time, and they get every bit of dirt off your your car. I think their prices are great, and they can get you in on short notice. I will be a repeat customer! If the office door is locked, part of the crew may be out picking up a customers vehicle, and part may be in the back of the bldg cleaning a vehicle, so knock loudly on the side office door and on the large pull in door if no answer during normal business hours, ha.

Apex was the only one that answered the phone and the woman at Apex was friendly and professional so I took a chance. I made an appointment for the next morning. They arrived on time and because I have the best luck the car wouldn't start and with the heatwave, July 2, it was getting hot fast. They asked if they got it started if they could take the car back to the shop for the detail and to see if they could find out why it wouldn't start. I agreed. They kept in contact figured out it was the starter kept the car overnight and by 2:30 the next day I received a text with photos that the car had been detailed the starter had been replaced and they were returning the vehicle. For everything they did the price was reasonable. The added cost of the starter was painful, but they aren't to blame for that. The convenience of them replacing the starter made it less painful. Waiting in the lobby i was offered a water bottle from a sales consultant named Brandon which was greatly appreciated! About halfway into my wait I was introduced to Skittles the mascot macaw and was allowed to hold and feed her some peanuts, she was so gentle and sweet! My checkout price and wait for the service was fair and everyone there seemed respectful, sweet, and efficient as I ended up leaving around 10:10am. Great people and service, would come back!
