Dude, my mom's Toyota lost everytime... What in the hell was I thinking racing her car here against Mustang GT's and SS Camaros. I was thinking that damn, THIS IS FUN! - you can race anything you want here. It's cheap and can seem somewhat dangerous, but who cares! Small area for bleachers so you can sit and watch. Don't wear anything nice here, you WILL go home smelling like exhaust and fuel. This is in Denton, in the COUNTRY, so you'll find alot of umm.... interesting people hanging out here. It's 4 miles north of UNT, take EXIT 473 and find the track on the west side of I-35. Plan about an hour drive from Downtown Dallas, and check the website to see what they have going on. If you like drag racing, this place is cool, but not as nice as the drag strip in Ennis. Oh, how I miss my youth! read more
