This is not a good place to go to not only does he do a terrible job but my dad is in great discomfort and he is old of age this can cause serious health complications and the Dr is doing nothing to help him it is embarrassing and low quality I have never in my life seen any one with white gums. Here I will leave some pictures & I will be putting in a complaint with the Dental board because not only is his treatments terrible theres complaints of his bad behavior with other clients on google as well. This is absurd he should be embarrassed to have people smiling with terrible dental work your smile is the most important feature and this work is just awful.

**UPDATE** They called me back and are now referring me to…read morean endodontist for my root canal as well as sending me a prescription to the pharmacy for the pain in the meantime. They also offered to start the root canal in-house if I was unable to get an appointment scheduled at the endodontist anytime soon. I appreciate the follow-up and have updated the number of stars. ------------------------------------------------ Two years ago, I would have given this place 5 stars. Today, I'm giving it 1 because they have more patients than they can handle. I went in on 7/9/2018 for a cleaning and because I had a pretty bad cavity. The dentist worked on my tooth and at the end of my appointment, told me it was pretty deep so that there is still a chance it could need a root canal. He specifically told me that if I felt pain in that tooth or it became sensitive to give them a call so that I could get the root canal scheduled. Today, 7/23/2018, I called because since leaving the dentist on 7/9/2018, my tooth has been sensitive. The pain has been getting worse, so I called to find out how much it would cost to get the root canal. The lady that answered said they don't normally call insurance to find out the coverage information until the day before the appointment and that is when they would tell me how much it would cost. Well, I'm not going to schedule an appointment to get work done until I know I can afford it. She ended up looking at my chart to see if they had the estimate listed from my previous appointment, and thankfully they did since they obviously weren't going to go out of their way to find out. After finally getting an estimate, I asked to schedule an appointment to get the root canal done. After waiting on hold, the lady said that she can't schedule me for a root canal because my chart stated that I didn't need one on that tooth. I explained to her AGAIN that the dentist told me just 2 weeks ago that there was a possibility of needing one and that if it started to hurt, that was a sign it needed a root canal and to call to get it scheduled. She said the best she could do is schedule to get my crown put on and during that appointment I could tell the dentist about the pain/sensitivity and he could look at it during that time and determine what needed to be done. I asked her, "So, you're telling me I have to come in to get my crown put on, but tell the dentist I don't actually want my crown put on because of the pain I am experiencing in my tooth. Then have him look at my tooth a 2nd time just to schedule another appointment for a root canal that he already told me I could possibly need?" - She said yes, that I might not even be able to get my root canal done that day and that it would depend on how busy they were! Frustrated, I told her to just schedule me for the next available appointment since I was in pain. The next appointment isn't until 8/2/2018!! So now I am in pain, have to wait 10 days to get in to see the dentist, and on top of that there's a good chance I won't even be able to get the pain taken care of that day and will have to schedule a separate appointment to get my root canal done once the dentist confirms that I need one, even though he already said there was a chance of needing one. I am beyond disappointed in how this place has changed in the past couple years. Once I get my tooth squared away here, my husband and I will be finding a new dentist office.

We had been patients of the practice for years under the previous owner and always felt that recommendations were conservative, transparent, and centered on what was truly necessary. After Dr. Mila came on board, we noticed a significant change in the approach to our care. At multiple visits, there seemed to be a much stronger emphasis on recommending additional treatments and procedures that we didn't feel were necessary. While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. Because of this, we've decided to move our family to a new dentist who is a better fit for us. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this practice for many years before the change, and we hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it's intended.
