I've seen Dr. Reynolds once and he is a very good…read moredentist, i wanted to stay under his care but i was so disappointed when i found out that my insurance was out of network with his clinic. I hope he knows how his staff named Lindey was doing because it reflects on his clinic her doing and her attitude. I was looking before for a new dental clinic, i called Dr. Reynolds clinic and ask if my insurance is within their network and this front desk person named Lindsey said "yes", when i got my bill i end up paying out of the pocket When i asked Lindsey she said i made mistake when she told me that they were in network So i decided to change clinic. Day before my appointment with my new dentist I called several times asking for all my xray to be send, Lindsey said she will send them but i found out that she don't so i called several times again but since she is the one in front desk shes not picking up my calls so on the day of my appointment I went in person and ask to get my xrays, at first Lindsey said "im busy i will just send it to them, our fax machine is not working and "you don't need your xrays, your new dental clinic is lying to you that they cannot clean you because they dont have xray, they can do it without xray" i told her i need them and i will not go out of your office without them because i need them and i pay for those anyway. May be just to have me out of the clinic she printed the xray for bitewings and said thats all they need. Without knowing anything i went to my appointment and handed what was given to me, come to find out that she should send them more xray other than what i had. i called her again and she told us that she should have 30 days to do the request but explained to her that i am trying to use my insurance benefit before the end of the year and to wait for 30days is beyond this year And its not hard to attach the xray on emails if their fax machine is not working, she promised to send it again in 30 minutes but she didn't and my appointment was cancelled again for the 2nd time. My new dental clinic set Another schedule for me the following week and this is the 3rd one so I've learned my lesson to confirm with them first if they received the xray so i will not waste my time and be cancel again if they don't. I was told that until then they didn't get any xray . I called Dr. Reynolds clinic again and this Lindsey person said she haven't send it because she was busy and had 30 days to do the request. Its so frustrating to deal with a person that don't have any concern with other. I asked if i can talk to a manager and she said she is the manager and i asked her if i can talk to Dr. Reynolds and said he had patient. If a person work in medical field you should have compassion, patient oriented and know what you should be doing. Did Dr Reynolds knew her attitude? giving wrong information when ask for my insurance if in network and its hard to to deal with her, she always said she is too busy....

After that, Dr. Carmen said that my anxiety was annoying him, and that it was my fault that I was not sedated-- despite me following the procedure given to me at the pharmacy. So yeah, it could've gone better. I called later that afternoon to apologize. Everyone else who works there is truly a gem. Everyone there, except for Dr. Carmen, was understanding of my condition and was patient with me. This place could be a great place to have work done. Maybe I was just unlucky and caught Dr. Carmen on a bad day. Maybe give this place a chance. Although, if you suffer from mental illness, I would strongly encourage you to specifically ask for Dr. Weigel, or anyone who isn't Dr. Carmen.

I waited an hour and a half to be seen and immediately she walked in and was rude, didn't answer any questions and refused to fill out my physical paperwork I needed for student teaching. She walked out of the room before I was even done speaking and she even had a student shadowing her and she still acted like this. I have never written a yelp review in my life but I have to let people know how HORRIBLE she was. I wish I could give negative amount of stars because she was hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen and made me feel very stupid and showed no respect for me as a person.

When I explained I had to get veneers because of a combination of tooth whitening and Invisalign many years ago , he started into the man's plaining about a children's book if you give a mouse a cookie. Never mind that the fact I was seeing him was for an irreparably inflamed tooth due to replacement of veneers. In addition his office is sadistic with their frozen wand that I think would get any person to confess to any crime regardless of guilt. During the procedure they tell you to take a prescribed medication just in case. I asked for the medication and was told no, I didn't need it. Beyond insane dental office. I would much prefer to travel to a reputable office and stay in another town than deal with this office ever again.

You can tell once you enter the waiting room, that this office is different. The employees are smiling and friendly. Dr Schroeder is skilled, but also very personable. The office has such a great atmosphere, you can tell that the employees are happy to work there. I give it 5 stars!
