Dr. Vinh examined the tooth, took x-rays as well as actual images of the filling and found that the filling was on an area where the body was rejecting it due to it being outside of the biological width of the area. He explained what was happening by showing a quick video as well as diagrams. He reccomended an extraction, after discussing and explaining other non-invasive alternatives, and offered to perform it at that moment. I decided to proceed with the extraction. They provided instructions for care and Dr. Vinh personally called me in the afternoon to check on my recovery. Aetna Insurance (PPO) covered most of the procedure, and the out of pocket expense was literally 1/10th of what I would have been subjected to at my previous dentist. I am grateful to not be in pain, and would reccomend Sequoia Smiles and Dr. Vinh as a primary dentist.

They prefer to NOT take you call AT ALL, and loose everything, instead of working with you and do their proper job! This was ONLY the receptionist call, she did not talk with anyone in the office. She can do that call w/o asking any medical advice. Avoid like a black plague this business!!!
