They have advanced lasers and fluoride treatments as well. Dr Norton is very nice with a lifetime of experience like Allstate you're in good hands with his mouth side manor. They take most insurances and care credit. This office mainly does fillings and cleaning. If you need a root canal or other services his office can refer you to places that will take your insurance. Ihad a really nice experience this time at Dentistry at Sugarloaf. They have changed some of the front desk staff, and the young lady greeting patients was Wonderful! My cleaning went great as well. I have to say, Because of the front staff, I went elsewhere for my dental needs. The office service was great, but I felt like the dentist did not care about me at all. Had my first appt today and it was great. my hygienist explained everything that was going on which made me feel comfortable and at ease at what was going on. The place is nice with a tv to watch while getting your teeth cleaned which is a plus. The only downfall would be that it took two months to schedule an appt but that just shows that this place is doing well. read more

I've been coming to this office for probably a little less than 2 years, and I bounced around a little bit before settling here, but really glad I found them and really love it! The staff is always friendly and respectful, have never had any issue or any bad attitude from a single one of them. You never have to wait long to be called back, 5 minutes is the absolute max. The office is clean and well maintained, they have refreshments in the lobby, all the equipment is cutting edge and very up-to-date. Dr Norton is very pleasant. I really appreciate that he does not "upcharge" and tell you that you need more than what you do, as many other dentists do. I really like that he has a laser tool to measure cavities OBJECTIVELY and will only recommend fillings when the laser gets to a certain reading, as opposed to other dentists that will tell you you need fillings when you really don't. Also, unlike certain other dentist offices, he won't tell you that you have severe gum disease and make you come in more often for cleanings if you really don't just so that his office can make more money off you. Dr Norton is very upfront with any issues that he sees, but he does not rush you to get things done before it's needed. He just keeps you up to date with the status of your oral health. I also appreciate the fact that they have a natural tooth cleaning alternative that does not contain fluoride. I also appreciate that they are very respectful of those of us who choose not to use fluoride as opposed to being belittling. Also, add to the list that the prices for things like fillings are very reasonable. And, I've never had any issue with billing discrepancies. Really, a wonderful office. I drive about 25 minutes to get there as opposed to going to one of the many dentist offices close to me, but it's definitely worth it! read more

I had a 1:20pm appointment with Dr. Norton. I got in the chair, numbed up, new filling installed and out the door by 1:45pm! That has to be some kind of record, and I didn't feel a thing! The novacaine is almost gone, and I already ate a huge sandwich. Dr. Norton is the best. I don't have much experience with the service ( mainly cleaning) so I would not comment on that. I have a bad experience with their admin practices. They claim to check real time eligibility and coverage before procedure but they don't. I provided insurance info long before procedure, came in and asked if I have coverage , which they said was covered and then I left. A month later I get a bill and it turns out my coverage was maxed out at time of procedure. I called and they said the last time they checked with insurance was in January - six 6 months before my procedure. How is that real time? Please do not claim that you check coverage before procedure if you only check it once a year. It is not nice to lie to your customers. Thank you. read more
