I took my husband for a evaluation, they told us what he needed but didn't do any work, they took 1 X-ray photo and before leaving I asked if we had to pay anything, the lady up front said no and we were good to leave, next morning I get a call saying we had to come pay a balance of 190 and I'm like from what, the lady explained that from the X-rays but honestly, 190 is crazy especially when they didn't even look at his mouth and actually thourly examined him, this place is a rob and I would not recommend it . read more

I've been going to Dr Adrienne for a few years and her staff is very friendly and professional.

Great staff, very considerate of patient needs. My only complaint is the phone system. It is very difficult to actually reach the office. The call goes to an answering service, they try unsuccessfully to transfer, then they send an email for a call back which never comes. Repeated this process three times. Very frustrating. read more

Re: DentalWorks Anderson, SC - Adrienne Wimbrow, D.M.D. (no complaint with her, she's great) I have been a happy patient since 2016. Recently I have been receiving late notices on a charge that is not mine in the amount of $1,668.00. On 8/1 I took the notices to the/my Anderson, SC dental office location and was told the charge did not belong to me, but to my husband (he had been placed on my account) and the invoice would be re-filed; at that time, I asked Jennifer to remove him from my account. On 8/12 ANOTHER late notice was mailed to me advising payment was due by 8/15 with a threat to place my account with a collection agency! I called the Anderson office today and the receptionist told me that Jennifer advises the re-file has been done, and it may take up to 30 days to complete. I explained that MY credit rating / account was in jeopardy and again requested the bill be removed from my account and placed on a separate account in my husband's name. I also asked that someone call me back and assure me this had been done. The woman said, "well that is going to take a LONG time, goodbye" and hung up on me! This is an awful way to treat your customer of 8 years, not to mention rude! read more
