This company does pay good, but is not truly a long-term job, this may be a good fit for you if you're only looking for a job for about 1-2 months. For young 1st time workers this is not the job for you, the management here is terrible. They only tell you everything that you are doing wrong, with no positive reinforcements, and or incentives. For a young worker that is new to the workforce this is a good job to destroy all your self-confidence. This company sets rate goals so high that they are unachievable, and when you ask for help, they do nothing to help you to be successful. When you know your struggling to make rate and speak up to self advocate that you're not doing well, and not getting the help you need to achieve your set goals, they will make it impossible for you to transfer to other departments in the company, even if the other departments would be a better fit for you, and you would thrive in that department. The management here should be happy that they have employees at all; this company really needs to reflect on the training process, and see how to help employees make rate, and actually help when an employee is asking for help. Asking for help, it's not because they are lazy, but because they need help! I personally know people that have been employed with this company for just a short time, to veteran employees, and not every employee is treated the same throughout this company. This company is not about the quality of employees, and doesn't care if employees stay, they have the management style that everyone is replaceable. Shame on you, you're a company that supports our schools, and is supposed to be about learning? You need a good lesson on how to teach, and train people to be successful. This could also be possible that they allow middle management to control way too much and, they form alliances within the company and if you do not fit into the group, you are basically bullied out as an outcasted employee until your introductory time in done, and they let you go saying that you didn't meet the company guidelines, etc. 30-day is not enough time to learn a position, and then be reviewed for termination, most companies have a 90-day probationary period to learn your job and make the appropriate adjustments to be successful. During such times normally your management team should be having check-ins with new employees to see how they are doing, and to help with what they may need to improve. This does NOT happen here, they do NOTHING, you will go from having no write ups to being let go in a blink of an eye. Do not fall for their lies, you're worth it, and deserve to work for a company that actually cares about their employees instead of just treating you like a number, lost in the system. It's a shame that so many good people are let go each day from this company just because they don't fit the status quo, that want to show up and work each day, because management finds it easier to keep rotating in and out during the introductory period of employment, so very few employees become full time at this company. Not a good company to work for period, would never refer anyone to ever work at this company.
