I felt like the quality of care she gave was five stars quality. She really cared about how I felt (I was a little nervous) as I've had such bad experiences all my life. This was the best and I will be back for cleaning and so on .Her staff was courteous . They explained what I needed to have done and gave me a very clear estimate of the work. And the technology that they have is cutting edge. I cracked my molar. I had been with my previous dentist office for several years. They were giving me a complete run around and I needed help. My condition was not important. I did Google search for a dentist near me. "Lo And Behold" Dental Domain popped up! I called and left a message to receive a call back from Dr. White. I was very surprised to receive a call from the actual doctor. Dental Domain booked me an appointment the very same day! What a surprise that was. I had a filling fall out and had been experiencing pain while traveling so I was trying to schedule an appointment late on a Friday. The earliest appointment I could get online was for a Monday. 5 minutes after setting up the appointment the Dentist personally called to tell me that she could get me in at 10:30 Saturday morning. The facility is very modern and comfortable. The staff that I interacted with were all very personable and friendly. Most importantly Dr. White did an excellent job repairing the damaged tooth. Dr. An White and her staff are really welcoming and amazing people to talk to. I am usually very nervous because I don't like the dentist, but they made sure I was comfortable. If you are looking to go to a new dentist I do recommend her, she's very knowledgeable and sweet and makes sure you are taken care of. Also, I would like to add that numbing cream they use for your gums is wild! I didn't feel a thing when they numbed my cheeks. And when they filled my cavities I didn't feel pain at all! Nice office, great atmosphere and pleasant staff. Went thru 34 weeks of Invisalign teeth straightening treatment and everything went well. The staff is always on top of appointments and what needs to be done. Always got reminders of my next appointment. They let you know before hand the costs before starting anything. The front lobby is warm and welcoming, the staff answered every question I had, and Dr. White was friendly and broke down the plans she had in mind for my teeth and gave me options on how to tackle them.
