I had to go back to my logs for this one, I found another victim who just a couple of weeks earlier, wrote a correct story about this place, my back pages, show a place way more deformed than his experience.
A dirty-dusty place, gypsy surgeons in and out, very nasty patient coordinators at the front desk........and at one point misplaced my entire history file for weeks.
One DDS specialist who really wanted to help me, wanted to escape this place, and turned out on record to be the teacher of a upcoming dentist who started to bring my mouth back to its original existence.
Close to 6 years of mistakes / 10 years to resolve; still on it.
I remember never coming back to this place, when I arrived at the new dentist facility, at the advise of 2 new DDS, I remember being interviewed by their head of the department, had a one on one conversation and he said after looking at the x rays and "to do chart" typed before hand, said sorry for your loss, but what idiot dentist created this mess in your mouth. Being honest I said Dental Art on 83rd Street/Bayridge.
My memory and new x-rays taken indicated, fractures, incomplete root canal cleaning, teeth weak from a lack of post and core or most likely done incorrectly, a rush job, lack of full sedation, other things to horrible to talk about, and lead to a major series of extractions and side effects outside the dental category. They say you don't feel the root canals being cleaned, well you never can tell, its like needles and pins.
The how to advice they give you here is as bad as the fitness centers in the same area, just loud noise to see who is listening to their BS.
My dental financials could be high as $ 20,000 more or less depending on any new surprises that come up. 2nd request stay far from this place, until its out of existence, that is CLOSED FOR GOOD. read more
