Jason was super easy to communicate with in order to get a quote over the phone (had me send some pictures to his cell) after hearing his thoughts on it, I scheduled an appointment with him for a few days later. Repair day came and Jason showed up on-time and was ready to make my car new again. Jason worked on my dent for a handful of hours and was able to restore my car back to its original glory. Even after it looked perfect to me he kept working on it because to him it still wasn't perfect. It really is an artist at his craft. Checked on him a couple times and had quite a few good conversations with him. He's a real down to earth guy and loves to fix peoples cars. Our car was badly damaged in a recent hail storm in August. Our insurance company (Farmers Insurance) worked directly with Carstar, which made the whole interaction very easy. They fixed every dent with Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and did such a terrific job that it is impossible to tell that there was any damage on the car, or that any liners or panels were removed in the process. Not only was the repair job exceptional, but they washed the exterior and apparently detailed the interior during the service! Our car is the cleanest that it has been since we bought it new. The total repair (and detail) was complete in 3 business days. They started Monday morning and I got a call first thing Thursday morning that it was done... which was much faster than I had expected. J.K. dealt with us, and he was professional, straight shooting and a delight to do business with. I'm a perfectionist and hardly take my vehicles anywhere to have work on them other than tires.. but this repair was way out of my wheelhouse. I scrutinized the work done and was thrilled.
