Paul Coppola the owner of this shop is great! We went in a couple weeks ago to get a quote from him for a dent caused by someone backing into us. He was very friendly and personable and gave us a fair quote. I picked the day that I could get the repair done and it was no problem for him. He has a loaner car free of use as long as you fill the car up! Paul finished my car in just a few hours and fixed a couple of scratches free of charge. We were also needing our weather stripping on the windshield done so I asked him to quote me a price while it was still at the shop. He called back and gave me an excellent price to fix it and said he could do it while it was still there! Perfect! Picking my car back up it looked fantastic! The dent was completely gone, he buffed and repaired a couple of scratches and the weather stripping looked great!! I would definitely recommend his shop for any body shops needs you have! Paul and Glen were both extremely helpful on a Saturday and then follow up the Tuesday. I got dents removed with my headlights cleaned which looked the best they ever have. The dent removal helped me get a lot more money for selling my car. They also gave recommendations on not to get my vehicle painted, but if I did want to, some good options for an estimate. Total scam! Gave me several prices 500 550 600 Took several days to finish the car when we went to get it we were not happy with the repair. And the price was over 700.00. Tried to pay him with a credit card and he said cash and i can save you the tax. I declined and he said I only deal in cash! Would not take a check refused to give us the car until we returned with cash! He is loud and rude and does not know what he is doing! Stay away! read more

Love the fast drop by service! So lucky to have happened past with my new 2013 Honda. I had recently noticed a dent in the passenger door that had started to rust. Very fast, professional service! So, I also brought my daughters 2005 Toyota to repair some rust that had started around the windows. This place is really amazing. I've been a customer of Dent Master (Fort Lauderdale) for at least 5 years - and have brought 4 cars to them. I'd give Paul at Dent Master a 5+ +. I came in to have my bumper fixed and a small dent on the passenger side. I merely asked about the cost to do all the scratches as well. He quoted me a more than reasonable price. He did an extraordinary outstanding professional job. My car is 2007 Honda and I swear it looks brand new. It shines from hood to trunk and door to door. He even went above and beyond by cleaning my yellow dulled headlights. (Something I sorely needed and had tried to do myself, (unsuccessfully). They look brand new. They even washed my car and gave me instructions for the next 24-48 hours. Now mind you, we were done and he insisted on walking around the car with me to ensure I was happy,.....happy..let's say delighted!! I happen to have a new windshield wiper that I didn't have installed yet and yep...you guessed it. He did it. I asked for his opinion on how to fix a very minor rubber piece that sticks up once and awhile and he showed me what to do. Would I recommend him??? What do you think?
