Paul does great work. Been using his shop for almost 20 years, never disappointed. Flawless repair, reasonable prices.

Paul Coppola the owner of this shop is great! We went in a couple weeks ago to get a quote from him for a dent caused by someone backing into us. He was very friendly and personable and gave us a fair quote. I picked the day that I could get the repair done and it was no problem for him. He has a loaner car free of use as long as you fill the car up! Paul finished my car in just a few hours and fixed a couple of scratches free of charge. We were also needing our weather stripping on the windshield done so I asked him to quote me a price while it was still at the shop. He called back and gave me an excellent price to fix it and said he could do it while it was still there! Perfect! Picking my car back up it looked fantastic! The dent was completely gone, he buffed and repaired a couple of scratches and the weather stripping looked great!! I would definitely recommend his shop for any body shops needs you have! He is very personable and has his office in order! I love when a body shop has a clean, organized office! read more

I own a collection of old beautiful cars including a 1966 Mercedes 230Sl and a 1975 Rolls Royce Cornice. That makes me kind of a fanatic when it comes to all my cars. Today Joel skillfully took out a dent in my wife's 2021 Porsche Cayenne. If I was not familiar with Joel's amazing skills, I absolutely would have had my body shop replace the passenger rear side door. The job came out perfect! joel is the consummate professional His work is superb. I recommend Joel of Dent Master whole heartedly. Michael Bloomberg read more

Paul and Glen were both extremely helpful on a Saturday and then follow up the Tuesday. I got dents removed with my headlights cleaned which looked the best they ever have. The dent removal helped me get a lot more money for selling my car. They also gave recommendations on not to get my vehicle painted, but if I did want to, some good options for an estimate. I recommend their services, and just remember to bring cash. It will be worth it. read more

Paul was extremely helpful & removed two door dings on my Tesla Model 3. Looks perfect! Will definitely return for any future PDR needs.

Brought my car in and within 1.5 hours there was no sign that there ever was a dent on my car. Excellent job and very pleasant experience.

Beware con artist, he gave me a price from 500 to under 1000 over the phone, then at the shop he said oh its going to be 1300 i said ok lets do it, then with another excuse he called me and said it was difficult so now it was 1600 at the end I did pay 1800 and it looked like crap he did bondo and paint touch up and it is horrible he did not want to refund or fix it, do not trust him he is a Rip off, Paul you are to old to be doing this to people you should have learn that by Now, shame on you. read more

Best damn work ever. Inexpensive and quick. Call Paul and he will hook you up. I called on a Saturday, 12/23/17, and I came over, he took care of a couple scratches that were down to the paint on my Benz and it came out flawless. He's got a cool office to chill in while you wait and the dude is old school and real. Highly recommend for all your scratches, dents, window motors, etc. read more

BEWARE!! Paul did a bad touch up job and now won't take responsibility. I want my money back so I can get it done correctly. Paul hung up on me and won't answer his calls. Get your car done someplace else! Bad, bad, bad. Shame on you read more

Paul from Dent Masters saved the day for me twice-quick repairs at a great price-he's the real deal! I own 2 older Mercedes and try to keep them nice. My sedan was side swiped last year and Dent Masters brought it back to perfect. Last week I was rear ended-the insurance estimator quoted $3.000.00 and Paul at Dent Masters fixed several large dents back to perfect for 1/5 the price. Thanks Paul, I hope this review helps others. read more

So, I traded my car in for a new car, and got full value for it. I appreciate the work Dent Masters did in making that happen.

Total scam! Gave me several prices 500 550 600 Took several days to finish the car when we went to get it we were not happy with the repair. And the price was over 700.00. Tried to pay him with a credit card and he said cash and i can save you the tax. I declined and he said I only deal in cash! Would not take a check refused to give us the car until we returned with cash! He is loud and rude and does not know what he is doing! Stay away! read more

Love the fast drop by service! So lucky to have happened past with my new 2013 Honda. I had recently noticed a dent in the passenger door that had started to rust. Very fast, professional service! So, I also brought my daughters 2005 Toyota to repair some rust that had started around the windows. I chose to have that repaired, some minor bumps and scrapes, AND the headlights buffed to like new. The car is sparkling and I know she will be able to see clearly at night. Thanks for the recommendations, the wonderful repairs, convenience (on site internet to keep working) and great prices! I never would have done this otherwise. read more

I woke up this morning the victim of a parking lot hit & run. I was furious. Luckily, Dent Master was my second stop for an estimate. They were able to work a miracle on my car for much less than my first estimate. Paul got it done, same day, within two hours! Having to get auto repairs is never fun. But these guys make it as painless as possible. Quality work, at a fair price, quickly. I'm impressed. read more

This place is really amazing. I've been a customer of Dent Master (Fort Lauderdale) for at least 5 years - and have brought 4 cars to them. Each was slightly different in that some were minor paint damage, one had a few actual "dents" and one was just in need of a major "detailing" - prior to it being privately sold. In each case the resulting car looked BETTER than the day I brought it home from the dealership. You simply can't get any better than this read more

Paul (the owner of Dent Master, Inc) did a great job fixing my car, a 2006 Hyundai Elantra. I had gotten into a fender bender and had gotten 2 other estimates. Paul's total price was cheaper than the other body shops and he got my car back to me quickly. Thank you!! My car looks like new. read more

For all the reviews about how fast they are and how they come right out (not just DM, all the dent guys) be prepared to take pictures and have to deal with their crazy schedules. And be sure to get more than 1 quote. They are all over the place. I wonder about all these great reviews. Aren't any of them just average??? read more

STAY AWAY!!! WHAT A CONMAN!!! He gave me three different figures. Under $500. Under $1000. Then over $1300. The main reason I came to him was TO fix my headlights. my one headlight nothing was wrong with then when I got my car back he had a broke . Paul is nothing but a liar and a cheat and will screw you out of money anyway he can!!! read more

I'm so happy I found this place. I found a ding on my car and took it to Dent Master. Paul was able to remove the ding and did such an excellent job that I have no idea where the ding was. The shop is really nice and clean, and you can tell he enjoys what he does. Thanks so much!! read more

I'd give Paul at Dent Master a 5+ +. I came in to have my bumper fixed and a small dent on the passenger side. I merely asked about the cost to do all the scratches as well. He quoted me a more than reasonable price. He did an extraordinary outstanding professional job. My car is 2007 Honda and I swear it looks brand new. It shines from hood to trunk and door to door. He even went above and beyond by cleaning my yellow dulled headlights. (Something I sorely needed and had tried to do myself, (unsuccessfully). They look brand new. They even washed my car and gave me instructions for the next 24-48 hours. Now mind you, we were done and he insisted on walking around the car with me to ensure I was happy,.....happy..let's say delighted!! I happen to have a new windshield wiper that I didn't have installed yet and yep...you guessed it. He did it. I asked for his opinion on how to fix a very minor rubber piece that sticks up once and awhile and he showed me what to do. Would I recommend him??? What do you think? WITHOUT A DOUBT, NO QUESTION HANDS DOWN.... Dent Master is clean, professional and friendly. By the way, while I was enjoying the cool a/c as the car was being done, another women came in and was a repeat customer and refused to go anywhere else. Why would she when he treated us like royalty. Be sure to check him out yourself, easy to find right off SW 1 Ave off Davie Blvd read more

I would highly recommend Dent Master. Paul is a knowledgeable professional with a friendly personality. (In my book it also is a plus that he has a very cool NFL Hall of Fame players photo wall in his office.) Dent Master delivers on their promise of providing excellent service at a very reasonable price. They did a phenomenal job removing some dents in my car that had been lingering for far too long, and went the extra mile to repair some additional minor body problems they found when they were fixing the dents. read more

Paul was able to get me in immediately after we talked. He fixed a fairly large dent on the rear lift gate of my van for a very fair price, and on top of that he cleaned my headlights for free. The repair took less than a couple hours and he let me use a loaner car while it was being done. All around a great experience. read more

Definitely the best overall service ever. Paul was very professional, fair quote, but most important, he delivered what he promised...Great quality work!!! I have a scion FRS, and I was suffering with a rather large dent, especially because the pearl white of my car is very difficult to match without notice. This is the first review I have ever done for any service, but Paul's work deserve nothing less that a great review. I could not even noticed the dent, and no need to paint....unbelievable!!!! Thank you Paul for your great attitude, professionalism, and really outstanding work!!! D. Gallo. read more

If it is possible to give less than 1 star I would. Paul, the owner is a horrible person! He is a bully, liar, and cheat. Not only did the actual work on my car stink, but he was rude and arrogant about it. I felt so disrespected and cheated. This is actually my 1st review...I joined just to warn others about him. I also called my insurance company to ask them not to work with him anymore and the Better Business Bureau. Please avoid this place! read more
