They say that they are large group friendly. This is true. But they are not single person friendly. If you come in at the same time as a couple or group they will wait on the group first and let you wait. They are looking at who is most likely to give the larger tip. read more

The dude who was my server was amazing. He worked non stop. Deion was his name. Super nice man. If anyone who has a restaurant or food service take this kid away from this place. The other staff are talking about personal life, cursing, drinking refreshments in the floor for people to see, this one host was sitting chatting with people, it really shows you just need a heartbeat and a bad background to work here. My family and I were driving back from Montana to Washington Sunday night and we were having a hard time finding a place to eat. I was surprised I found a Denny's in his location, and we didn't think twice and went there to eat breakfast for dinner. The restaurant is cozy and most of the seats. It's if it's not all our booth which is always a plus for us. Service was fast. Coffee was really good and they actually had a Coffee cattle on the table. The food is OK but we didn't have great expectations so nobody were frustrated. My omelette came with almost no cheese, and when I complain, they made another one for me and this time it was enough cheese. The next time we travel we will probably stop here again to have a decent meal other than fast food. Overall, I do recommend this place. read more

Very dirty, rude waitress, got seated but never waited on. They were not busy so that wasn't an excuse.

The experience was absolutely amazing, new faces which is great. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and atmosphere was good. Restaurant was clean and the smell of fresh coffee was the best part. Recently dined in at Denny's with my husband and daughter. Had a very pleasant experience with great food and a warm welcoming from our server Amy . She made sure our food came out on time and our drinks stayed full. My daughter loved the Rudolph pancakes! My husband always goes for the Bourbon bacon burger and loves it every time! The service was horrible, they took forever to get your order and bring your food out , no one checked on us. The food sat on the counter for a long time and when they brought it to us the food was cold and nasty. Wife and I went and tried there new options. Wife got the south western benny breakfast and I was surprised by the chorizo and how tasty their meal was!! I had the chicken biscuit and gravy bowl and it was just as tasty! I can be honest that I wasn't expecting to be blown away by Dennys but we are definitely going back to get these two meals in the future! If I could give the server 0 stars I totally would. We were seated promptly, but then waited 25 minutes to get water. Then sat ready to order for 45 minutes, then waited an hour for food while we could see it all up on the warmer waiting for close to 30 minutes. M... had plenty of attention to give to the group of guys at another table, but couldn't take care of us at all. My husband had to chase her down to get boxes, for water, and yet again to get her to put the order through for our dessert - now to go because she was incapable of managing her responsibilities. Finally checked out and leaving after over 2 1/2 hours - And we all eat quickly. But don't worry, reaching out to Sean at corporate - 772-834-6842 is useless because his mailbox is full! Oh, once we got the food, it was good so the cooks deserved to be tipped, but sadly enough we - who usually tip 100% left 0%. read more

Terrible!!!! Would not go back here again...the only positive is that it was open late and we were starving after the Dave Matthews Band concert down the road...service? Possibly the worst ever, girl was a zombie who appeared to be comatose...food? One step above inedible...the cook and waitress were arguing with each other about the food not being taken from the counter to the tables fast enough, I believe the cook and server were mother and daughter so that could explain a lot...the server stood by the register playing with her phone instead of taking food to tables and checking on customers....the ambiance is that of a typical Denny's only on a dirtier level...probably not cleaned to the level that it should have been but don't really want to think about that...would never go here again unless on the verge of starvation, or unless they get a new staff in the restaurant...pass for your own good read more

The food at this location is on point, with flavorful dishes that hit the spot. Also, the customer service at here is top-notch,with friendly and attentive staff. Kanila was our server. The menu at Denny's offers a wide variety of options, ensuring there's something for everyone. Kanila even offered some donut holes which were so delicious! This restaurant is always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant dining experience. This is why we choose to come here when we are heading back over to west side.The prices are reasonable, offering great value for the quality of food and service. The waitresses will literally avoid eye contact as they rush past you to avoid providing any kind of service you may need. Dined on 4/15. Walked in and there was about 6 tables seated. Was greeted by a nice guy who sat us down. Took 20 min to come and take our drink order. Another 15 to bring us our drinks. 30 mins to get our food. All of it unfortunately was cold. Was never asked if we wanted refills or if everything was ok. We were told sorry for the wait of everything. Not sure WHY we had to wait because they weren't busy. The waitress was super cold to all her tables. I had ordered online. I checked their hours and it said it was open. I go to the restaurant after placing my order and it was closed. I called multiple times but there was no answer. The next day i called and they did not apologize but gave us a refund. We tried to order again for pick up and they messed up our food, and they forgot some of it too. Weird but not bad experience. I showed up with my little girl, the waitress was nice enough. We were taking a break from our roadtrip so I immediately took my kiddo to the bathroom and when we got to the table, literally just sitting down, the waitress came to ask for our order. I told her we haven't even seen the menu yet - no big deal, just felt rushed. Anyway, we ordered a strange combination of food, and the kitchen did great. They did forget to bring the eggs, which I asked for as soon as we noticed they were missing- they brought them out quickly which was nice. The Google overview said they closed at 8pm but the staff had already cleaned and closed everything down, they called customers to refuse mobile orders that came in, stating they were already closed and we felt like they were just staring waiting for us to leave. It was 6:30pm when I hurried to pay. As soon as we paid everyone disappeared. Food was fine, my kid was happy, they never offered to refill my water or her drink, so it was fine but an odd experience overall. read more

Came in to this location and I was very impressed with the great staff here. Everyone worked very well. Server Kanila was an excellent server who knew how to up sell. I work in the food industry and I was super impressed how she sold each one of us. Stuff French toast with Fresh bananas was a hit. My eggs were cooked to perfection and it's very hard to get my basted eggs just the way I like them. Kids loved our server. Restrooms was nice and clean with a fresh smell. Floors and tables was nice and clean. I will be back on my way home for dinner. If you all want great experience ask for Kanila. She's great and great with kids. read more

Don't go here, don't step foot in the building. This place is horrible. Ordered 2 salads and a sandwich. Sandwich came, and the salads didn't. Waitress said I'll have him make the salads. The salads were my daughter and mines dinner. Why are you just now going to have "him" make them, my husband has his food. After waiting and waiting I went up to the gal and said who is making our salads. She said He is! And pointed to the guy dealing with customers at the register. I said you are making our food in the middle of dealing with customers? He said I have hand sanitizer. We canceled our salads and left. Gross. Avoid, avoid, avoid. read more

We were seated pretty quickly but everything after that was slow. It took awhile for someone to take our order and even longer for our food to come out. When we are done it took just as long for a cashier to come up and take our payment. One waitress was really friendly but the rest couldn't be bothered. Another waitress dropped a fork on the ground and instead of bending over to pick it up, proceeded to kick the fork on the ground all the way back to the kitchen. The food itself was typical Denny's food. Cooked and flavored well. If you have some time to kill and want to sit down and have traditional breakfast, this is the place to be. They try their best from what I have seen. It's not perfect and there are many training opportunities to be had, but they do try. The servers I have had have all been friendly and effective. I'm not sure if it is a time of day thing, but it's never been too bad in the late morning/early afternoon. I'm not sure what people expect in some of these reviews but, it's Denny's, you should expect Denny's food! The building drive-up and design could have been better but that's nothing they can go back on now. Overall, it's a good location. read more
