She grabbed several for me to try and she was patients with me, while I tried them on and asked for her opinion. Once I decided on the brand she offered to order then correct sizes that I need they weren't in stock. Before I made the purchase, though, Jackie out my items on hold because I wanted to check out another scrub store. Only because ATW doesn't allow returns. I went an checked out the other store, but they had less of a selection, but more importantly they were not as friendly as Jackie at ATW. I came back the same day and Jackie was once again super friendly, professional, and patient. She had more customers this time, too. I ended up trying on a less expensive brand, Cherokee, because the Jaanuu that I had left on hold. I ended up going with Cherokee because I could get a three sets for the less than what I was going to pay for two sets of Jannuu. Jackie placed the order for the threee shirts and three pants in my correct sizes. They should arrive in 7-10 business days, which not a long time to wait. Anyway, the store was a great find, recommend by a friend that is a nurse, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me with my purchase.

On 10/22/24 I made my call and was greeted with the most rudest person in customer service anyone could ever hire. I ask about fitted caps and was told " How long have you been working with the post office? " I said "excuse me". He then said repeated himself " How long have you been with the P.O., you should know by now we don't sell fitted hats" with a very RUDE tone. So I said "that's very rude" and hung up.
