Per the IRS, I was instructed to file by mail as e-filing was not allowed. The lady working there was extremely condescending and told me the IRS doesn't accept handwritten 1040s. A simple Google search will show that is a lie. While e-filing is preferred method, they will accept handwritten forms. The lady simply did not want to help me. She could've said she did not offer manual tax write ups. I also asked if she would be willing to write up the forms digitally so they could be physically mailed in and she stated she would not. Lazy, rude and unprofessional. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
