He is friendly, helpful, thorough, and trustworthy, even in these challenging economic times. When we first called Andrew on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment to meet with him, he offered to meet with us as early as the following day. On the day of our meeting, he was available right at the time we scheduled, and spent a great deal of time with us, asking questions, learning about our investment goals, and giving us great advice. I look forward to working with Andrew more, and reaching our goals with Edward Jones.

I was referred to her by a friend and it just so happens that she works in the same office as my previous tax pro. Best decision!! We worked on my taxes remotely, it was so convenient! She was very accommodating and caring. She made the whole process smooth and easy. I would recommend Virginia to anyone I know. Please note: Prior to me talking to Virginia, I took it upon myself to get everything ready for her to avoid back and forth and to avoid delay. I used My Block app to upload all my documents and we both communicated with each other timely. This for sure made things go smoothly. So I recommend doing your part as well. :) Would recommend Virginia Abrigo 10/10. THANK YOU, VIRGINIA!

Blew deadlines and demanded excess fees…read more John is the least professional accountant I've ever met. He agreed to work on my taxes. I got him the materials he requested. I called him late in the evening on the filing deadline to make sure things were fine. He blew me off repeatedly for a period of several hours. Then, at about 7:00 pm on tax day, he announced to me that he refused to complete my return. He tried to demand $5000 to complete the returns, and I had to threaten to sue him just to get my taxes filed. Later, I got late fees from taxing authorities. It turns out, he made late filings anyway, without disclosing it. He had a fidcuiary duty to give me adequite information about deadlines and he didn't do that. Honestly, if you want to avoid steep IRS penalties, John isn't the right guy for you.
