In June, she had a flood from her washing machine in the main floor. I guess that you can say that I have a lot of experience with insurance agents (and even internet companies), and unfortunately, I have had some bad experiences. For example, I thought I had good coverage with an online policy for my car (let's just say that the small green lizard was their representative) but then had an accident and found out that my coverage wasn't quite what I had thought. I had to shell out thousands for a repair...so much for "cheap" insurance! When I moved to Toledo I asked around about who I should choose for my home and auto insurance, and I consistently heard good things about Mullan Insurance. I also saw on TV that they had received some sort of award from the Better Business Bureau, so I felt that I could probably trust them. I decided to give them a call, and I was extremely happy that I did. What I liked the best was the fact that they have multiple companies from which they can choose, and so they were able to get prices from several different companies that could get me the best price. I also felt like they treated me as an intelligent human being, taking the time to explain the types of coverage and deductibles that I could choose from. I didn't feel like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes with complicated insurance "speak"- they were happy to answer all of my questions and saved me money by finding just the right company for me. I appreciated that. They also helped get me several discounts that dropped my cost quite a bit. These are quality people, and I highly recommend them!
