We came for the Black Friday sale, and found a beautiful guitar within our price range. The sales associated guided us through our selection process without pressure, but with a great deal of understanding and expertise. He helped us figure out our priorities and find the best guitar for us! Although we don't live in the area, I am sure we will visit in the future. We love the personal touch that came with the shopping experience.

After discussing this problem, Mark invited me to bring the instrument in the next day and he'd have a look.  Well, after spending several hours of his time over the next days (at no charge - just trying to make it right), and even consulting the factory to no avail, Mark figured out the problem and got my guitar working perfectly! That still wasn't good enough for him - he called me a couple days later to follow up and ask if the guitar was playing up to my expectations! He would accept nothing less than 110% satisfaction! Forgot to mention - I got a really good deal on a great guitar in the first place.

Webster's has a fantastic book selection, and I really don't think I've ever seen prices as cheap as theirs. The bookstore is huge, and there is always something I find to buy. They have an enormous selection of folio editions, a huge Civil War section, and manage to keep cheap paper backs to a minimum. They have occasional events and sales, such as buy 3 get one free, or when a donor drops off a huge stack of books they often put them out at sale prices. The owners are also so so nice and really love books. They will do whatever they can to help you find something you're interested in. I am in love with the space. Piles of books everywhere, sort of chaotic organization, winding bookcases and hidden seating areas - all they need is a cat! You can reserve tables for meetings, but you can also just grab an open one. I actually have never eaten AT the cafe, but I've had their catering quite often and it is really delicious food.

On our most recent trip we saw a game of magic going on in the back where the older comics used to be stored so it looks like they've expanded to card games as well. We did see several boxes of the new Disney card game Lorcana as well at the register. Left side of the store houses the card meet ups and a decent selection of manga, though the volumes are mismatched and best to help fill in gaps in your collection. Right side has more recent comics and dice games. As another review said I wish they'd add & Games to be Comics & Games since they do have an expanded board game section now. Feels like they're missing out on some key business. Talked with the cashier who said they've stopped stocking back issues and mostly just fill their monthly orders for regulars, only ordering an extra copy here and there. Husband was looking for a few recent back issues but was told if it wasn't on the shelf, they were sold out. They stopped extra ordering/stocking due to COVID and decrease in foot traffic. We did end up purchasing a hard cover of Peach Momoko's work and Marvel Cats book though. Cashier was very knowledgeable but didn't like to make eye contact with us, always looking around or sitting back watching his computer while we asked about several issues they didn't have. Just seemed uninterested if you weren't a regular so that was a bit of a turn off. Meanwhile he was super friendly and helpful to the man and son before us so they must frequent the shop on a regular basis. Location wise its easy to miss. On the side of dunkin donuts on Frasier St, its on the lower level of dunkin, accessible by staircase only. Not sure about handicap options, but it might be hard to access if you are physically disabled.
