From the start, the experience is seamless and there is always plenty of parking available in the parking lot. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly, efficient at checking patients in, and always happy to answer any questions. A massive shoutout to Dr. Will, who helped plan and perform my Invisalign dental care plan. He is fantastic! Throughout the entire process, he was incredibly patient, sympathetic, and knowledgeable about both the procedure and the subsequent maintenance/upkeep. Instead, they pushed an aggressive treatment plan that included two crowns (I've never had one before, just a series of fillings) and at least 4 fillings. This was my third dental appointment in 8 months (due to insurance changes I was planning on coming here for extra cleanings this year). Within the last couple of months my dental work needs significantly jumped which blindsided me and caused major anxiety. Something felt off, so I sought second and third opinions from other dentists. No other dentist suggested crowns, nor did they find some of the fillings needed via X-ray nor the picking tool. At most it was 2 fillings needed instead of the vast work initially prescribed. To give credit where it's due, the front desk staff was wonderful and promptly shared my X-rays when I requested them for my second opinions. However, as someone with major dental anxiety, the rushed exam and sudden pressure from the dentist to urgently book expensive procedures was overwhelming. It is disappointing to experience this shift in care from a clinic I used to trust, not sure where I'll go from here but I needed to share my most recent experience.

I always feel well taken care of. In April I let my guard down and let another hygienist clean my teeth. Rene had the audacity to take time off This woman would tap my face to signal me to turn my head. She tried to forcefully turn my head. When I told her to stop and to just tell me what she needs me to do, she said, "it's just a tap!" I said, "ok. Can I just tap your face then?" She said no. I'm glad Rene is back. If he leaves, I'm changing dentists.

5 star reviewed turned into one star…read more I was a first time patient here a couple months back and at the time, absolutely loved it. Friendly staff, clean office, yada yada. They asked me to do a 5 star review for them, so I did. One month later I received a bill in the mail for a special type "resin" they used while filling a cavity that wasn't covered by my insurance. Never once did they ask me if I wanted an "out of coverage type resin" or show me a projected bill showing I'd be charged for this filling. They told me I had a cavity that needed filling, they filled it, felt great & I booked another appointment 6 months later for my next routine visit. Unfortunately, this place is a SCAM & I would not bring my business here which is sad because at first glance, it seems great. But do yourself a favor and find an honest dentist. Now I'm stuck paying for something I cannot fight because the filling has been done & according to them, I owe them money. Not cool. If there was a negative star, I'd give it.

She told me my deep cleaning wasn't approved yet and scheduled for a repair and when I showed up, it was backwards. There were two friendly and pretty looking ladies at the front desk working very hard. They were patient over the phone and in person! ARRIVED: When we arrived at our appointment we were given paper work to fill out which was not too long or unreasonable... However, I found out later that the Dr. Lau does the cleaning herself and not the hygienist! This is very rare to find because usually the hygienist does the cleaning. I actually really like that she does everything herself and she takes her time to thoroughly clean and diagnose any problems she may find. I like how they also check your blood pressure and how Dr. Lau checks around your neck for signs of cancer... I felt like I got a 2 in 1 experience!!! Being at the dentist and doctor's office at the same time!!!! That said, I was happy this dentist was closer to the road that takes us back into town and within our network. Well she turned out to be as excellent as all past reviews stated and after having dodged not going every year like I should have, she did a thorough look at what we were dealing with and stated I was going to need a lot of work for the short term as I needed to be free of any infections for a planned surgery I'm having soon. She actually needed to correct a lot of the prior work my former dentist had done that was done incorrectly (it really saddens me to say this as it was a long time dentist I really entrusted mines & my family care in, but it's truth, plus I'm being nice & won't slam former dentist, but other words would indicate their work was careless or even poorly done). Whew! That's a lot of detail to bring out. Anyhow, in a matter of two months it was all done, every appointment they would call me in promptly and though there were a few times I was anticipated in being there awhile, it felt as if it went fast and Dr Lau explained everything thoroughly, was always professional, had her billing assistant work with me on spreading the payments (I must say Delta insurance has gone downhill in past 25 years & doesn't cover major work done like they used to) and her staff has always been polite and always helpful. Location is great, it's in a medium sized medical building with plenty of parking in a nice area not far from the wineries I'll be going to her from now on.

Dr. Skidmore stopped in to check things out and there was surprisingly nothing of great concern, other than getting back to finish up my way overdue cleaning. They even helped me out on pricing as I'm still uninsured and I really appreciated the compassion with every interaction. I just think this is really poor customer service. It's nothing against the girl that went on vacation because obviously everyone needs a vacation, but the quality of customer service needs to be better. If someone is going be out for two weeks there should at least be a Plan B where someone else can handle things and get patients on the schedule. I am just surprised that business ceases if this person is out of the office. I finally received a call back on 9/30 but I had already made an appointment and seen another provider and my appliance is already in the process of being made.
