I came from out of state and we have a similar business in our area. It's such a fun experience to pick out the different scents you like and even mix them together to create a unique smell. For the bridal shower, the bride picked out 6 pre-made scents for the shower guests to choose from for their candles. This made it much easier and smoother for the shower to stay on schedule, while still being a fun experience of making your own candle. I'd love to see them expand into soaps one day! The business in my area also offers gel hand soaps which is another great option. Staff here were so kind and you can tell they love doing what they do. Highly recommend this woman owned and run business if you're looking for something different to do!

I will say the prices here are a bit high, but everything here is of very high quality, and in comparison to the manufacturer or brand websites of the items I purchased, the prices were actually very close in comparison. Value not very good, the prices are quite high, $22 delivery. I was debating ordering from a big online florist but had a very poor experience with them in the past so I chose a local florist. As to service, really lacking. They do not send a delivery confirmation. How dumb! I called to verify the very expensive display had been delivered and the woman that answered was very clipped and borderline rude. I kept starting a sentence and she cut me off repeatedly. She confirmed that they do not send a delivery confirmation, very poor customer service. I'm many hours away from recipient, it would be nice to get a delivery email AND it would avoid having to call Neubauer's and speaking to an employee who is annoyed to (imagine this!) answer a customer's question! Won't order from here again. I do hope she stops answering the phone for other customers, she has zero people skills.

If it is not, you would return said item in *original condition*, *unused*, within less than 24 hours. That is an extremely rigid policy when you're in the store at 3 pm wanting to purchase the item and if a return is needed you will return it as soon as the store opens the next day. Far less than 24 hours. No exceptions are made to their policy which they say they put in place because people wear things then return them. Understandable. I agree. But this was a communion veil on a Friday afternoon. No church is celebrating First Communions on a Friday night or first thing Saturday morning. Yet they were unwavering in their policy. Very disappointing.
