I have paid for work that remains outstanding and have tried to chase him up several times now having to go down the legal route. Dale has also stolen my scaffolding which still hasn't been returned. It would need to be installed in the original housing which was 15 years old. Therefore the old one needed removing immediately so that the delivery vehicle could collect it. The job was very important to us. From TMR joinery's point of view, it was complex but offered little profit. He came promptly and removed the old appliance which was very heavy. After the delivery of the new appliance, he returned promptly at the time arranged and fitted it into the original housing. This was not without its difficulties which he overcame one by one. I was impressed by his meticulous care for detail. His charge was modest. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others or to use him again. He was appropriate and courteous throughout.
