Then we ordered, and paid in full, a different patio door handle with a better security lock that Tanner recommended after we inquired.And a security screen door.That was over 9 months ago. We still do not have the lock set due the patio door. The screen door has about a 1/2" gap at the bottom corner so bugs can just come in that area. The installers noted both issues on the invoice. The new solid wood door has split apart under the lock and it has paint scraped off it further up from the door not fitting properly. Tanner came out, saw all the issues, agreed to take care of it. That was Dec 18, 2025. Despite many calls and emails we've sent, we have had no reply. None of these issues taken care of with by warranty or repair. The locking set for the patio door has not been installed. The great service we had, is gone. We are seriously disappointed.

Eagle was easy to work with and very helpful in researching what kind of Andersen windows we wanted - we got different glass types for different facing windows which makes our house cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. They leak, they extended some false trim that is peeling off, and they look absolutely horrible. You can expect to have to call BHNV back several times to even get the shotty work patched in a half hazard way. Completely unimpressed, at this point I'm fixing the leak and the front trim myself. -Update: That was a wild response from a business. I will apologize for getting it wrong, we had 5 windows and a slider installed. Here are the pictures to prove it. I will also note, I am unhappy with the appearance of the windows and slider trim in the back but have not noticed leaks yet. -To Chad: I did call but it said it was after hours. I left a voicemail. Today I will be busy but I look forward to talking to you on Wednesday if you are available. The reason we didn't call again is because we had already complained about this and a couple of other faults with the windows a few times. At this point we figured it was a lost cause.
