I needed a crown in a reasonable amount of time, as my dentist at the UI was scheduled out for months and I had had an emergency. I was able to get in and get the crown done in a reasonable timeframe. The crown took one visit, and it was perfect. It looks exactly like my natural teeth and fits perfectly along with its neighbors. Dr. Connors uses high tech 3D imaging (rather than biting a mold and making a cast) to create the plan for the crown, and then synthesizes it right there in the office while you watch. And then it's ready to install. Amazing! It is obvious that Dr. Connors is a master of her craft and I am extremely happy to have her as my dentist! (Also, the old house she has set up as offices is adorable!)

In a matter of minutes, I was in his chair and he was taking Xrays and doing an examination. After he gave us several options, we chose to take the antibiotic he prescribed. It did wonders!!! It is bright and airy and clean, and the staff is out of this world. They seldomly keep you waiting for long, and their billing has always been prompt and correct. Like many, I have a terrible fear of the dentist based on past horrible experiences. At North Liberty Dental, they have taken the time to listen to my concerns, and work to help alleviate my anxiety by being open and honest about what they are doing, and by asking for my feedback at all times. When I called his office at 3:30 pm begging for a tooth extraction on a FRIDAY Dr. Vanbeek instructed me to come right over and and stayed late with his staff to support me. They extracted the entire molar with literally NO pain and tremendous care. A horrific root canal job made this a difficult task. Last January when I experienced tooth pain in this same molar, Dr. VanBeek availed himself to me all weekend . He is very empathetic and thoughtful and his generous, thoughtful communication supports understanding. My son loves Dr. Vanbeek who has treated 3 cavities without shame or pain. I dare say that I actually had a good time at the dentist for the first time in my life. I typically have a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, But not this one. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and everyone. I received the most thorough cleaning I've ever gotten, and I plan to go back for more work very soon. 10/10, 5 stars, A+ w/ bonus points.
