There are no "appointment" times, it is first come first served, however we did call ahead to make sure they weren't too backed up. Mike, the owner, said "bring it on by" so we dropped it off Thursday morning. They were unable to really look at it until Friday and on Saturday, they called with the issue and estimate. It was some kind of relay/switch that wasn't switching over to heat... that is the best I could describe it! Anyhow, we were able to pick it up on Monday and it cost $223 for parts and labor. Will go again anytime I don't have a repair that I need the car back quickly.

However, that's where the problems started. Week-after-week they'd promise to start on my project and then fail to follow-thru. Clearly, they have too much work on their plate. Finally, I gave up on them after waiting more than a month for them just to get started on the work of installing my crate motor. Ultimately, it cost me $175 just to retrieve my property!

The price for everything including labor wasn't cheap, but it was good for the amount of professional work that went into what we wanted done. They took the minimum amount of time and Perry worked with me along the way as I kept adding things. We recently got a check engine light and got it into QEG to find out that the turbo was having a problem. Instead of a bill for an entire new turbo and associated labor costs, they narrowed it down to a $400 part (plus labor of course) and saved me a few thousand. In and out with ordering the part was less than a week. These folks know their Audis!

This dealership repeatedly manipulated sales price and financing terms during my purchase inquiry…read moreto pressure me into a deposit before providing a written purchase agreement. The sales staff tried to pass off the MSRP as the final 'out-the-door' price, effectively hiding the cost of taxes, registration, and extra dealer fees that are added later. This makes for a very misleading and dishonest car-buying experience. Furthermore, the finance department quoted higher APR on inflated loan terms despite me qualifying for tier-1 rate only correcting it once I challenged their numbers. The entire process felt non-transparent, manipulative, and exhausting. Since my initial feedback, this dealership in Tennessee has engaged in retaliatory behavior by posting a false, malicious review of me and my small private business located in Maryland on Yelp--business they have never had any dealings with--in an attempt to damage my reputation.
