I had braces as a kid, and like most teenagers never wore my retainers. My teeth weren't bad, (trust me I asked) but there was always room for improvement. It was one of those things that when I looked in the mirror I wasn't confident in my smile, which in turn lead to a lack of confidence in myself. I went to Dr. Jackie Demko hoping she could fix the gaps and just realign my bite. Dr. Demko decided Invisalign would indeed remedy the issues I had with my pearly whites. That was back in May 2010. August of 2010 my trays arrived at the office and treatment began. I am almost done with my treatment (2 trays left, woohoo!) and am very pleased with the results. I was impressed with the friendly office staff, but most of all by Dr. Demko. She really listened to why I wasn't happy with my smile and how it affected my daily life. You can tell she loves her occupation of giving beautiful smiles to her patients and increasing their confidence to show that smile to the world. True Story....I can say enough about Demko Orthodontics. 20 years ago i stepped in their office when it was located in Chesterfield. At the age of 15 years old I believe i was the only kid in high school who had to sell his parents on the idea of getting braces. Family money was tight then, but father Dr. Demko saw the importance of my need and worked with me. I worked part time jobs just to pay him, and his gratitude is something that i will never forget! I still wear my original retainer today without ever needing a fix, which speaks volumes about their products quality. You will not be dissapointed with Demko Orthodontics! I have been a patient of Dr. Jackie Demko since 2007 and I have never had a better experience in a Doctors Office. Her staff, Heather, Holly, Katy and Amy just to name a few, are the best there is! They make a bad day a good one when you see them. The office if Chesterfield is fantastic. There is always a good movie playing and she has some video games for the kids to play while they're waiting. I was 30 years old before getting braces, I was apprehensive to get them as an adult, but Dr. Demko made it a great experience and I would repeat it if I had too. I asked Dr. Demko to hire a hygenist so I could go there for my cleanings. I would prefer to get all of my dental care from her. I would recommend Dr. Demko to anyone that needs and orthodontist. I don't normally write reviews, but Dr. Demko and her staff impressed me so much I felt the need to share my experience with everyone. I am getting married in a couple of months, and thought I would stop in to see how long it would take to straighten my smile out before the big day. I am so glad I did. Dr. Demko presented me with several options, and allowed me to choose what worked best for me. She educated me on different treatment choices, listed pros and cons and made sure I understood before I left the office. She even offered a special treatment option to speed up my treatment--called Acceledent. How Cool is that!? Her staff is professional and always smiling. The moment I started treatment with Dr. Demko I knew I would have a beautiful "smile for life." Everything about the office is inviting and pleasant, from the coffee and hot cocoa in the waiting room, to the amazing and caring staff. Then when I go back to see Dr. Demko, I become more and more impressed with every visit! She is so particular and really wants to make everything perfect for every patient. I can not say enough about Dr. Demko and her amazing staff. My sons were seen at her location in Chesterfield as well as the St Charles location. We had to move before treatment was finished due to my own serious health concerns. Dr J and her staff were amazing to me during this time. I miss them. I felt like they really cared about my family. Putting that aside, she did an incredible job with my sons and I have been unable to match any ortho with her skills since. I loves her whole team. The biggest problem we had was that my teenage sons were a little to excited for their appointment's because as my son said all those ladies were really pretty. Wow, what a great experience. I finally finished with my treatment and my teeth look GREAT! I was told what it would cost, and even though my teeth were stubborn, Jackie and her team worked until I was happy, love them all. Her staff in St. Charles are wonderful, be it Donna, Debbie, Jennifer, Katy, Brea, you name it, they were all so nice to be around. I've been talking about my experience with all my friends and co-workers. I'm going to miss the regular appointments. OUTSTANDING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wore braces as an adult and could not be more pleased with the personal attention and outstanding service. What an amazing atmosphere. The Demko "team" is incredible. If I had a problem, I could come in that day, The staff is so friendly and helpful . I love that they would listen to my needs and feel compassion for what was going on. It was no picnic wearing braces, but they made it FUN for me even as an adult. I love the new technology they use and always try and make it fun for the kids. my family was totally happy with the way we were treated and the most important person, my daughter, who was scared to death in the beginning, didnt mind going at all and even started looking forward to her next visit because she loved the girls and they made her feel comfortable. she feels she has made some friends. they were ALWAYS accommodating with visits, even if i had to change it and on one occasion we had to wait a little longer than usual to be seen and THEY called me to apologize for making us wait!!! first time that has ever happened to me..my son will be needing braces next and there is no doubt where we will go again.. read more

I went to Dr. Demko to be fitted for an orthodontic retainer for sleep apnea. She and her staff could not have been more caring and professional. I have been on a CPAP machine for 6 mos. and hated it. Last night was my first night with the orthodontic retainer and the first night in over a year that I have slept through the night without waking myself and my husband up numerous times. The money spent for the retainer, not covered by insurance, was money well spent. Great Orthodonist. I sought the opinion of 2 different Orthodontists and I am so glad that I did. The first doctor wanted to pull 4 of my permanent teeth! The staff at Demko Orthodontics is friendly and professional. They accomodate children with movies and, as an adult, I enjoy watching them too! Jackie has been very accomodating with my schedule and even came to my house on a weekend to fix my Invisalign trays.
