If it only had a pool it would be. I toured a couple of places and this one and their location called the East side are excellent. They don't stink which was a priority for me. My Mom is really fussy about the food she will eat but most of the meals are good. She can choose what she wants daily and they accommodate her. The staff ratio seems adequate and I can at least leave her knowing she will be ok. Her room is huge too. The Case Manager at the U of U Hospital is the most horrible person I have ever met. She was trying to put my Mom in these horrible places. I had to take over the process. When I got here I asked the admitting Nurse if Case Managers get perks from these places. She said that they do get paid but the Parent Company Of Aspen Ridge do not pay because they don't have to. They are the nicest place in town. I've already told them to hold me a spot in about 20 years it's that nice. Demand that your loved ones only get the best and this is the best.

Dr. Nelson made a huge impression on me from the very first phone call. Because of my situation I needed urgent care, and she went out of her way to get me in for my exam and treatment right away. Since starting my treatment, I've been continually impressed. Her office has multiple stations such as a rolling table & stim to do before the adjustment in order to get the most out of each visit. Her office also offers in house massage therapy and I have never seen a doctor work so closely with her massage therapist to make sure that they're both on the same page. I'm literally the worst when it comes to keeping appointments. Thankfully the staff there is diligent about sending out reminders so that I don't forget to show up. The most important thing I look for in a chiropractor though isn't convenience or fancy machines, it's trust, and above all I trust Dr. Nelson. When it comes to my back and neck I don't want to go to one of those places where you never know what rando doctor you're going to see. She remembers things I've said from my past visits and asks me specific questions about how my injury is progressing which really tells me that she is actually invested in my health. It's not a rush you in, rush you out cattle call situation and I REALLY appreciate that. Once you earn my trust you earn my recommendation and I'd recommend Dr Nelson to anyone needing chiropractic care...Especially you were involved in an auto accident like me.

She (my friend) met with them only to be pressured to join their program and going so far as to convey she would never get better if she refused to join. Now, I know some programs are great in helping someone in need, however, everyone is different!! What works for one person may not work for another. My friend was very willing to work with a therapist with Pathways (that willingness is 1/2 the battle and should be seized upon!) but on her own terms...not in a program that was so extensive that she'd have to miss work. They did not seem to like that. I find that odd to say the least. My friend had lots of questions that were met with lots of words but none of which answered those questions. Vague answers are NOT a good sign of a counseling center you could trust. Transparency is crucial! Another concern...no follow-up. Promises of calling my friend were unmet. When she called them they said they had called and left a voicemail. She checked and saw no indication of a call from them. Despite this my friend tried again speaking with a representative at Pathways but again no help. I don't know if places such as Pathways Real Life Recovery are regulated. If they're not they certainly should be! Read past employee reviews on Indeed...kinda scary. As far as I'm concerned, they failed my dear friend. Glad they may have helped others but if I were you I'd investigate this place thoroughly before getting involved with them.

I was previously a patient at this clinic and had a positive experience with the care I received…read more After surgery, I was unable to continue pelvic floor physical therapy for about a year. About a year ago, I emailed the clinic to ask whether they treated men with Peyronie's disease because I had read that some pelvic floor physical therapists address pelvic floor issues related to that condition. I was simply asking whether it was a service they offered. I was not asking anyone to provide a treatment they were not comfortable or qualified to perform. Recently, I logged into the online scheduling system and saw that appointments with Kristina, whom I had seen previously, were available, so I scheduled one. The appointment was later canceled. When I texted to ask why, I was told that Kristina was not taking additional patients, the other practitioners at the clinic do not treat men, and that I was not a good fit for the clinic. As a former patient who spent more than $3,500 receiving care at the clinic, I was surprised and disappointed to learn that I was no longer considered a good fit. What surprised me further was that the explanation I received after the cancellation was very similar to the response I had received to my email about Peyronie's disease roughly a year earlier. Whether intentional or not, it felt like a generic response rather than one that addressed my specific situation. The experience was especially discouraging because I have contacted multiple pelvic floor physical therapy clinics looking for care as a male patient, and several referred me back to Uplift. When the clinic that other providers directed me to then declined to see me, I was left feeling like I had nowhere else to turn. After the appointment was canceled, my ability to schedule appointments through the online portal was removed. Before that, I had been able to schedule appointments myself. I was not given an explanation for why that changed. I understand that every clinic has the right to determine the services they offer and which patients they are able to accept. However, I was disappointed that they chose not to treat me, especially as a former patient who had previously received care there and after other clinics had referred me back to Uplift. I also wish the communication had been clearer before I scheduled an appointment rather than after it was canceled. Overall, the experience left me feeling confused, disappointed, and unsure where to turn for the care I need.
