This was his Hateful and Rude reply, like I am supposed to pay for this entire business. And FYI at the end of this The jerk still makes more than I do!!! Great customer service by your Employee! SETH a woodford model 19 hose bib is $60 access panel is $20 copper fittings $10 gas $8 tools $500+ general liability insurance $1500/yr cReplace outside hose bib. Already checked prices at Lowes so i know the are not expensive but need someone to install. Do not have any leaks just broken handleommercial vehical $3720/yr Workmans comp $1500/yr  Oklahoma plumbing license $350/yr  Bond with the state $250/yr  Added up $7,820 overhead, broken down to the job is another $25ish per job (for a small local company not paying for billboards and radio time.  That's $123 not including the guy they have to pay to install it. Which is on a avarage for a licensed plumber is $32-50/hr (employee)  Two hours of work is $64 not including FICA which is $4ish dollars.  $68 labor  So you're at $191 in cost, the book Oklahoma requires contractors to study for licensure calls for 35-45% profit which is 85.95 so you're looking at 276.95 not including taxes, scheduling software, accounting costs ect. And when it's all said and done taxes are about ¢.30 on the dollar for profit. The contractor brings home a whopping $60ish dollars. That's $30/hr. Making less than an employee.  You're welcome to use an unlicensed person, but good luck getting their insurance to pay for a flooded house, a warranty, or a late night call. 5/5 - Outstanding Service From Start to Finish!…read more I couldn't be happier with my experience with Oklahoma's Finest Plumbing. From the moment I called, their customer service was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. They scheduled me quickly, kept me updated on arrival times, and even sent a text with the technician's name and photo so I knew exactly who to expect--such a thoughtful touch! When the technician arrived, he was punctual, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, walked me through the problem step by step, and provided upfront pricing with no hidden fees. The work itself was done efficiently and with great attention to detail. He left the area cleaner than when he arrived, which really shows pride in their work. What really stood out was how genuinely they cared about getting the job done right. They didn't rush, they answered all my questions patiently, and they gave me helpful maintenance tips to prevent future issues.
