The showroom has an overwhelming array of options, but Mark guided us to exactly what we needed. His advice on his home visit on color was invaluable. They were very respectful of our furniture and took great care moving it around, and restoring it. They worked with, smooth, harmonious precision. Their attention to detail resulted in a perfect installation. No surprises. These crews have been there a long time and they know what they are doing. This is the right way to run a business. The price was VERY competitive. Committing to a company for this big job was intimidating, but the professionalism from the initial showroom visit carried through the whole process. We highly recommend them for any flooring needs.

Nikki was an outstanding resource; she helped me design the cabinet layout and even sent swatches so I could see the actual colors (since I'm building from out-of-state). When we first spoke, I was given a quote. However, when it came time to place my order several months later, the delivery and installation costs had surged to over 50% of the cabinet price. I don't think Nikki had any control over this, as it seemed they contract with a third party for delivery and installation. My kitchen is small, and my order included only 6 pre-assembled base cabinets, with no upper cabinets--making it a very straightforward install. I knew the installers were overcharging me. Frustrated, I reached out to other cabinet dealers for quotes on the same brand, and the prices I received were significantly lower, aligning more closely with Nikki's initial quote. I felt bad about not purchasing my cabinets from Nikki. She certainly deserved the sale, but the quoted delivery and installation price was too high for the scope of work.

Gustavo and his Team did a great job and were both professional & personable. The rep, Pat, showed up occasionally to ensure no issues had arisen. Very impressive. Quality of Workmanship was amazing! So nice of a job and experience that we had them return 4-years later to install the same in our kitchen. Present Job: We had requested that Gustavo, who is still with the company, return due to his wonderful job last time. Not sure what happened but another Team, Shane & Thomas arrived. I was reluctant but decided to continue with this 'other' Team. WOW! Shane and Thomas were both TOTALLY AWESOME! Again, very professional and personable. I am VERY impressed and surprised with their abilities to continue the flooring from room to room in such a seamless fashion! Again, John Andrews had proven to be an amazing company to work with. His administrative Team worked together and made this 'last minute' request happen within days! Allowing ample time for plank acclamation and as promised delivery and install timeframes.
