Lots of closing companies out there, try a different one. I haven't had these problems before with any other title companies, and I've worked with Lots. Investors title could have called and told me so I didn't have to drive 45 minutes up here now have to drive 45 minutes home and back up here again. BS. Why didn't they push closing? This is day one stuff for a closing company. I always use Voyager title and love their service but the buyer picked this spot, will never agree to use investors title again.
